**Avoid Connexus Insurance Solutions and their partner companies.**

**Avoid Connexus Insurance Solutions and their partner companies.**

After a non fault incident where my car was damaged while parked in a car park, I tried to contact my insurer Aviva. In my rush and stress, I searched online and accidentally clicked on Accident Claims Line, which appears to rely on people making this exact mistake. They then passed my claim to Connexus Insurance Solutions to handle everything. Looking back, I feel careless and foolish for making such a big mistake.

At first they were very polite on the phone, which made me feel relaxed and believe that my case was being handled properly. Unfortunately my experience since then has been extremely disappointing.

My car has now been in the garage for almost three weeks with no clear completion date. The vehicle is a brand new Tesla 2026 model worth more than £62,000, and the damage was only a minor dent. I even had dash cam footage clearly showing the driver who hit my car, so the claim should have been straightforward.

Connexus allocated my vehicle to a repair garage and told me it was a Tesla approved repair centre. However, after checking directly with Tesla customer support, I was informed that this garage is **not Tesla approved**. This has made me extremely concerned about the quality of the repair on my brand new vehicle.

The garage has already admitted they failed **twice** to match the paint colour correctly. I do not understand how a professional body shop can fail to match the paint on such an expensive car, especially when they are supposed to be specialists. There are also issues related to the ceramic coating.

I have tried contacting the team several times by email, but it feels like nobody is taking this matter seriously.

My car is still not ready, and the entire process has been stressful and frustrating. Once I finally receive my car back, I will seriously consider taking legal action regarding the way this claim has been handled.

I would strongly recommend that people avoid Connexus and any companies connected with them.

AVOID connexus and any of their sister…

AVOID connexus and any of their sister companies!!
Following a crash I had that was not my fault, I phoned who I thought to be Admiral Claims line, turns out in my haste to google the number I had actually clicked Accident Claims Line, a company that relies and I can only assume, profits from people making this exact mistake!! Praying on people that have experienced a horrible sitation and are vulnerable.
I was put through to Connexus who then handled my claim, they were very nice on the phone, a tactic that made me relax and think that I was in good hands. They moved everything along so quickly, hire car arrived the next day.. A C Class Mercedes, again another tactic to keep you distracted from what's really going on. Two days later, they arranged for my damaged car to be taken away to a garage they selected, where it then got written off and categorised despite being repairable. I'd had my car 4 days, and I was provided with a low value to claim for, being told that cars lose their value from when you buy them. When Lewis Taylor and Jordan Drury at Connexus explained my options, both leaving me severly out of pocket and without a car I was so confused why I had been dealt such an awful deal despite the crash not being my fault and the other party admitting to fault. Why was my insurance company not fighting for the best deal for me? When questioning this, it was very much a "Life is hard" answer, also admitting that someone with "More time and more money" would be able to fix my car. After questioning this multiple times and trying to make more sense of my situation, I was met with stalling tactics. I was advised not to talk to the other persons insurance company, again missinforming me and keeping me in their control. It was at this point that I spoke with ACTUAL Admiral who didn't know anything about my crash and advised that they don't work with a company called Connexus, that I'd realised I'd had the wool pulled over my eyes. I withdrew my claim before accepting the useless options Connexus provided me with and thank god I did. My car is now being repaired and not deemed a write off or categorised. I have suffered financially as a result of starting my claim with connexus as I now cannot get a hire car due to connexus already claiming money for this from the other partys insurance company. If you are dealing with this company, get out AS SOON AS YOU CAN. Don't let their stalling tactics or endless talk trying to be relatable fool you.

Watch out for this company

Watch out for this company. Someone crashed into my car and contacted their insurance company, they told me their insurance company (Admiral) will be in touch with me, they crash was their fault which they admitted to. I got a call within 20 mins from Connexus, I thought they were calling from Admiral, the person on the phone did not correct me when I said ‘it’s great Admiral have called me so fast’) she agreed and offered to have my car picked up for repair. The whole time I thought it was Admiral I was speaking to, how else would they have my details. They somehow got hold of my contact details from some database- which is shocking. I did raise this with Admiral and said where they put my details following the crash, other companies had access to it, surely that has GDPR issues, which I will look into.

Within an hour my car was collected and Connexus started to process the case. It was only when Admiral called me a day later that I realised it was not them I had previously spoken to, connexus duped me and acted like they were Admiral, it was too late for me to get the car back from them so Admiral could not deal with my case.

Although I got some money back, I am thousands out of pocket. Never accept connexus taking on your non fault case! I asked them for their formal complaints procedure, they have never responded on this.

Not sure if they record their calls but it would prove that I was unaware I was speaking to another company other than Admiral, who was the other drivers insurer. Connexus made a lot of money out of my car when they sent it to salvage , I had put new parts in it costing £1500 only 2 weeks before the crash. Gutted I got duped by them.
