Super products competitively priced and very helpful customer service - I needed to change my mind and mess them around a little.

Ordered at 1pm and arrived the next morning.

Many thanks Tacura

Great selection of product. representative called in to access our needs and then we had prompt delivery and a service call to check that all was ok. So a well sorted company offering an excellent service.

I love the scissors I bought specifically for cutting pattern paper while making pattern for myself. They enable me to cut the curves smoothly and accurately. They are the right size and weight for my needs Thank you.

Excellent service. Dressmaking scissors arrived
extremely quickly. They are sharp. Cut through fabric easily though I haven't had a chance to try them on really thick fabric.
Very comfortable to use. So well pleased with this purchase.

Arrived very quickly. Great product and value for money

Good service thank you.

So quick in delivery, thank you. Great quality goods too.

I have to take all of my carpets up, and bought the OLFA carpet cutter. Amazingly sharp and easy to use, it's like a pizza cutter with a handle. Once it doesn't seem as effective, you can loosen the butterfly on the back of the blade, and turn it to a new area.

Fantastic! I've bought this one for my son, who knows when he might need one!

Item never arrived which should have been next day shipment. Only arrived when I chased 2 weeks later.

Superb service and extremely fast delivery you couldn't ask for better

the bobbin arrived a little later than should but okay. the trouble is i have bought a universal bobbin and i cannot get it to marry my machine, looking at my old one and new the new seems to have a longer tongue and so the cotton is looping underneath and cotton all notted. any help on this would be great.
