Good experience from start to finish. No hard sell, expectations set and delivered.

Friendly, polite, professional, informative and helpful installation team.

Cost effective and value for money solution with benefit of consistent temperature, no costly roof replacement or negative environmental effect of yet more material for landfill.

Very satisfied 2 months on and happy to give references.

From the start I didn’t feel that I had been pushed into signing up.
Also a sample of the product was shown to me and how it worked .
I then rang when I was able to have the work done , I was given a date and that worked fine for me .
On the day 3men arrived and never stopped working until they had finished ,so polite and happy to answer any questions, also no mess any where. I cannot express how pleased I am with my roof .

Really pleased with the sales team, not at all pushy. The men who came to do the work were a privilege to have in the house, really fantastic. Arrived when they said they would, the work is great and I have really noticed a difference already. Worth every penny.
Would highly recommend them.

Very good from start to finish and it’s made such a difference to our conservatory. Would highly recommend.

Very satisfactory now able to use the room all year round.

I love it it has made it warmer the men work well and made sure it was perfect and helped bring the furniture in thank you

An amazing product the fitters were all very efficient and kept everything tidy and clean would highly recommend this company.

The team arrived promptly and worked hard in really hot weather to complete in the allotted time. They even disposed of the redundant blind frames without being asked. The finished job looks great and in addition to regulating the temperature of our room, the insulation also serves to sound-proof against heavy rain. All in all we are glad we chose to go with this company

A great family run company with a professional service. Easily contactable and responsive for any queries.
Very pleased with the end result.

From start to finish, I can highly recommend this company. Quotation, supply and fit were all conducted very professionally. I love my transformed conservatory! Since install, we have felt the difference from heat outside, keeping it much cooler. Looking forward to how it copes with cold temperatures.
Looks amazing inside, like a new room.
I chose a family run business over the big national providers, and it totally paid off. Very pleased. Thank you guys.

Pleasant, polite, turned up on time and made a brilliant job. I would recommend then to everyone. IMPORTANT NOTICE…… The product really does work, it makes the conservatory useable, I will put up window blinds to stop the worst of the heat in a heatwave which we seem to have every year now. The roof product is on the inside of conservatory and looks great, the outside is untouched and you can’t see it from the outside either. Can’t praise the company enough 10/10 thanks guys 😄

This must be the best work we have had done on our house. The quote was reasonable, with no hard sale. The appointment was made, we didn’t have to wait too long. The workmen turned up on time and cleaned up after themselves.
The product itself has made a huge difference already. Keeping the temperatures down on sunny days. Can’t say yet how it will be in the winter. But the sound proofing effect is noticeable as I don’t always know when it’s raining now.

Fantastic company nothing was to much trouble, very prompt and proffesional service. The fitters were polite and extremely tidy and the end result is better than we ever expected, we now have another usable room!

Excellent service from consultation to installation
Installation staff very professional ,helpful and polite
Very happy well done

I couldn't rate this company highly enough. The initial visit was Rob and he was very friendly and informative, no pushy sales nonsense. The installation went ahead without a hitch and the installers were all nice lads.

The only tiny snag we had was that a leak reappeared about a month after the installation. Due to the persistent hot weather we had no idea until a random day of heavy rain, and it came through at quite a rate. We contacted them for advice and they sent out the installers the next day to investigate. It turns out the caps between the conservatory roof glass were not installed correctly but this was the fault of the previous company who installed the conservatory, something I suspected during a previous leak incident but I was told it was "condensation". I bring this up because the guys were kind enough to fix the problem by securing and bonding new caps along the whole roof at no expense...even though it was not their responsibility to fix it. This saved us a great deal of stress and potential difficulty in getting any other tradesman to fix, likely at significant cost.

The conservatory is so much better now, the heat in the hot weather has at least halved and we look forward to be able to use it in the summer.

Thanks to the whole team at Devon and Cornwall Conservatory Roof Insulation, they're an example of what a business should strive to be.
