Simply amazing, once I booked I was called within minutes. The console was picked up from my work address the day after on a Tuesday.

The repair was complete and returned to my work address inside 72 hours, initially I booked the repair at CeX who quoted more and then decided after 2 weeks to say it could not be repaired.

Book without hesitation, the reviews are 5 star for a reason, it’s a 5 star service.

Replacement disk drive installed, (failed halfway through Shadow of the Erdtree! Noooo!!!) sent my PS5 to them on a Monday... it was back to me, as good as new, on Wednesday - awesome service, can I summon them to fight Messmer the Impaler? :D

i HAD A PROBLEM WITH INSTALLING GAMES ON HARD DRIVE OF ps5, TURNS OUT i WAS DOING it WRONG, CP EXPLAINED THIS AND DECLINED TO CHARGE ME A HANDLING FEE, EXCELLANT and HONEST SERVICE, I ALSO NOTED, WHILST IN STORE THAT THE COST OF THEIR SECOND-USER GAMES WAS CHEAPER THAN E-BAY, sorry for caps lock!

Sent off my son's console at 5.10pm and the next day got a phone call saying it was fixed and would be sent by courier the day after. Very quick and efficient, fantastic service and reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend and will be using then again.

Collected the console from my home address, got a call the next day to say it was fixed and would be couriered back to me the following day. Went on the Tuesday and returned to me on the Thursday so 48hrs. Would definitely use again if needed or for further issues if they can fix it.

A great company and very happy with results. The speedy delivery and customer communication from the team were excellent. My PS5 has come back and everything is working like the day I first brought it. Highly recommenced.

Absolutely incredible service! We were quoted £210 and minimum 15 working days from PlayStation to fix the HDMI portal on my son’s PS5. But I found Console Portal online and they did it for £69.99, including postage. We sent it to Leeds on Monday and it was fixed and back home by Wednesday. Amazing service. Would highly recommend! Thank you

So relieved that our Nintendo switch could be repaired and the whole process was quick and painless. We were able to send the console via the Post Office with postage arranged quickly by Console Portal, within a couple of days we had a call to explain what was wrong and received it back home, all in less than a week. Very pleased with the service!

Really quick turn around time delivery service stopped a 5 stars try a different delivery service

They resolved an issue that was not listed as a repair on their website with a straight forward explanation. Their team was polite on the phone helping me organise to get my repair done and the service was quick and easy. Xbox has been fixed and I would confidently order a repair service from them again.

Amazing service, kept up to date at all times and a PS5 returned fully repaired after a lightning strike.

My PS5's HDMI port was knackered. So I paid on a Monday it was collected on Tuesday they fixed Wednesday and it was back k with me on Thursday. That is why you should use Console Portal.

Honestly was hesitant as I was sending my Xbox away however! I went to my local Bedford store and was quoted £180 for a simple HDMI swap with a 5-7 day turn around…I saw these guys online paid for it sent my Xbox the next day Tuesday… was received on the Wednesday… Thursday fixed back in my possession Saturday! Unreal service! Genuinely never write reviews but this shop is like a mixture of fergie and Jesus! 😍❤️
