I ordered a jacket and returned it, after 4 months I still haven’t received my refund and they stopped replying to my emails since months, though they confirmed the received the returned jacket and will refund me!
Reading the other reviews, I see I am one of many with the same issue!
Don’t bother ordering! BTW I returned it because of the quality…

I bought a coat and it arrived on 26 March with marks on it so I requested a return - they took more than a week to provide a return label (after several chaser emails). The company received the coat over 1.5 weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything from the company about a refund...It's now been about a month

I bought and returned 2 items, no news about refund and I am being ghosted by the customer service.

Constance the Label seems to be a scam. Last email they sent was “we received your returned item and will process your refund soon”. It’s been a month I don’t see my refund. Two emails followup on my refund no reply. I think my $660.17 is gone. The reason I returned the coat was that the fit was weird not same as the picture. The collar did not come with fur as advertised. Material was nice and soft but unfortunately the fit was not done well for the price.

I’ve been eyeing one of their coats on Instagram and their adverts swayed me to buy it. Coats are quite expensive, they are quite nice quality (no lining though), but I received 5% off from the newsletter for the purchase which I decided to use. Herein lies the first problem. I bought and received my order within about a week. The coat didn’t really suit me so I decided to return it. After placing a request, I haven’t heard from them for a few days at all, and after urging them to reply, I received an answer that my return is not accepted because I used a discount on my order. This is against the European consumer law. Their second condition is that you have to return your order within 7 days from its receipt, as opposed to the lawful 14 days. They also will charge you for the return almost €30 although I live within EU and you have to pay for it which is against the law as well! So save yourself some trouble and go buy a nice coat from a respectable online shop with good customer service and refund policy and don’t even bother with this pretentious scammy seller.

Je viens de recevoir mon manteau constance the label et je suis hyper déçu , c’est une taille XS/S et il me va beaucoup trop grand alors que je fais un S , la qualité est déplorable , les boutons sont énormes et de mauvaise qualité , et le manteau est hyper léger , pas chaud du tout , et pour couronner le tout , j’ai voulu le retourner et me faire rembourser, et ils me disent que impossible , je suis vraiment hyper déçu pour un manteau à ce prix et je déconseille vivement….

I love Constance The Label!! I have a bunch of things from here and I’m always amazed at how good the quality is! It’s insanely affordable for the quality they provide - cannot recommend them enough.

Not sure what's going on at this company, but they really need to get it together (assuming it's a legitimate company). I placed an order on 10/1 and received 0 communication from them aside from the automatic "your order is confirmed" email. I reached out to them via their website multiple times about my order status, but did not hear back. Their website says customer service responds within 2 days, but I did not receive any email response to my email inquiries about my order status.

I had to reach out to them via instagram to finally get a response, and they let me know that they had some "production issues" with the coat I ordered, and that it "failed their quality inspection" and their "atelier" had to "remake them" (and they still did not provide an estimated shipping date). Order delays are something that retailers need to inform their customers about without having to ask.

All in all, bad customer service. Don't waste your time or money. There are plenty of $600 coats out there sold by reputable companies that provide a way better shopping experience. If this was the level of service they provided to someone who actually paid for a product, I can't even imagine how terrible and frustrating a return must be.

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. This company does not care about its customers at all. They will take your money and ignore you. Avoid at all costs!!!!!! I had admired the coats on this website for a while, and recently I had added a coat to my basket and had entered my email but not bought it yet. Constance the label sent me an email offering me a 10% discount on the coat. In the same email it said that they offer "easy returns". I double checked the return policy and there was nothing obvious about not being able to return the coat and so I bought it. The coat was way too big for me and I didn't really like it and so I requested to return it. After one email saying that I could not return the coat because I had received a 10% discount, the company is now completely ignoring me. This is a company who is making money from tricking customers into buying something that they can not return - it is an absolute scam. They would rather keep my $500 and me never wear the coat, than actually build up their brand with happy customers. They were deceptive in offering me a discount without making it clear that I wouldn't be able to return the coat and for that I am seeking legal advice.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I'm writing because I wish I had known this before ordering.
All in all, a very big disappointment.
I have ordered Victoire Cashmere Coat.
1. Arrived as a very poor looking box - the coat was in the box without any paper or plastic wrap around it. No any shipping informations inside or receipts.
2. This cannot be called a coat. Material is so thin that it looks like a cheap dressing gown. It’s simply not a “coat”. The only thing that gives a little bit of style are fur ornaments.
3. The sleeves are too short.
4. There is no inner lining (again looking as a dressing gown). I have never seen a coat without lining.
5. In the end you don’t know what is the composition of it. On their website is written 60% wool, 40% cashmere. Somewhere on Instagram someone asked in the comments about the composition, they wrote 90% wool, 10% cashmere. On the coat itself is written just “cashmere” and that’s it.
6. REFUNDING! I returned it and then they disappeared. I wrote 2 emails and got no answer, no refund. After 4 weeks, I was talking to the lawyer who explained what has to be done in such cases, I contacted them again on Instagram and they claimed that they send me an email, but I did not answer. I never got any email from them, and I regularly check my spam also. So their explanation was that they have some technical issues with Paypal refunding and asked me for bank details to transfer the money manually. Then I got it back, but if I haven’t contacted them on Instagram, looks like I would never get it.

I ordered a coat as a christmas present for my daughter. The women of the customer service was lovely, very helpful and responsive. She helped me to choose the right coat and size. The shipping was super fast and my daughter was very pleased with her christmas present.

Purchased my 5th item from this beautiful brand. Customer service deserves an ward because they reply super fast and are always helpful when it comes to sizing, styling etc. I get so many compliments every time I wear their pieces. They are timeless classics that will last you a long time.

Don’t buy anything from them, horrible quality and the worst customer service!!! Waste of your money!!

Coats are literally from Aliexpress. When I comment this, they block me on Instagram. Thank you Google image search. Fraud company!

Coat is absolutely beautiful and very high quality! I purchased the cream color and it’s exactly as pictured. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the sleeves are a little shorter than I had hoped, if they had been just an inch or so longer it would have been 5 stars.
