Excellent customer service
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with customer service. As someone with dyslexia, I sometimes need things explained more than once, and the advisor was incredibly patient and understanding throughout. He took the time to go over everything in detail, re-explaining where needed, and made sure I fully understood what kind of policy was right for me.
This level of care and attention made a huge difference, and I felt genuinely supported the whole way through. It’s rare to receive such thoughtful and inclusive service. I came away feeling very happy and confident in my decision. Thank you Ethan for such an excellent experience!

Have used this company for quite a few…
Have used this company for quite a few years now and never had any issues . Every year I ring up and speak to one of the lovely Welsh people who answer the calls who couldn’t be more helpful and friendly if they tried . The years I ring up and there’s no Welsh voice greeting me will be the day I change public liability insurance.
