STOLEN MY DATA! FORGED MY SIGNATURE! CONTACTED ON MY BEHALF!!!!!!

I'VE TRIED COMPLAINING, BUT NOTHING BEING DONE TO STOP THESE CROOKS!!! REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS EVERYONE!

I have just had an email saying they have been processing my claim but have found I have already got another company dealing for me. So they want me to reply and confirm so they won't progress it.
This sounded innocuous until I read these reviews.
I haven't signed up with this company. I do have another which I know is legal.
I will not respond to this one as they could do anything if they think I am a 'live' prospect. I AGREE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

Those clowns used my personal data and prepared claim without my concent against the finance company i never heard off they demanded upload my Id and sign that claim. Thats absolutely shocking how they even exist.

- SEEK ADVICE FROM UR LAWYER REGARDING GDPR BREACH.
Lets erase them they shouldn't even exist. Bunch of idiots.

Looks like i am not the only one who has been contacted by Consultion Claims about a motor finance claim. A claim i knew nothing about yet they have a signed letter of authorisation.

Fools. I have never had motor finance (caught you) so to receive an email claiming i had authorised the work is blatant forgery.

I am posting this to warn others to be extremely careful.

I was contacted by this company and told I had “signed up” to their services. I had not. I never authorised them to act on my behalf, never knowingly signed any agreement, and never gave consent for my data to be used.

Despite immediately disputing this in writing and asking them to stop, they:

Continued contacting me

Claimed to rely on an “audit trail” that lacked meaningful identity verification

Carried out (or admitted to carrying out) credit reference searches in my name

Continued processing my personal data after being told to stop

I repeatedly requested they cease contact and delete my data. Instead of resolving the issue, they continued to email me with marketing-style updates and implied they would proceed unless I opted out — despite the fact I had never opted in.

If you are contacted by this company and believe it is unauthorised, I strongly recommend:

Formally raising a complaint in writing and stating it is a complaint under FCA DISP rules

Demanding they cease processing your data immediately

Keeping copies of all correspondence

If unresolved, escalating to the Financial Ombudsman Service and notifying the Financial Conduct Authority

Avoid , appear to use erroneous information to make out you have signed up with them.

Aggressive when I told them they appeared on the one show for allegedly exploiting consumers.

Didn't sign up to there email got repeat emails then got one saying they have to terminate my contract as they couldn't verify the information I supplied! Never had car finance.

Similar to most of the reviews - received an email saying they're pursuing my claim. I haven't a clue who they are, have never signed anything - I've never bought a car on finance. Appalling that a company can get away with this. I did send a cancelling email (even though I didn't have a contract) just in case!!

I received an email from Consultation Claims Ltd in Oct 2025 welcoming me on board and saying my contractual information would follow (this never arrived), despite the fact I have never heard of this company let alone engaged in their services or signing up with them to act on my behalf. I reported this email to phising.gov email address. Since then I have been harassed by email receiving 5 emails in Nov 2025 to tell me that they have submitted claims to various car finance companies on my behalf and requested that I upload my ID stating this was required to process any compensation without delay. In Dec 2025 I received a further 2 emails, one saying a further claim was submitted and again requesting ID upload, the second informing should I wish to cancel the claims had to do so before 5th January 2026 otherwise I would be liable for fees. All of this time without me ever having site of the purported signed contract or asking them to do this. I emailed them to say I had never heard of them or instructed them to act on my behalf or signed any agreement with them. I followed this up with 2 phones calls to report and complain about this activity, the first call with the consultant "Matt" ended when he terminated the call because I would not provide him with my personal data despite telling him I had a reference number from the email they sent me. The second call with consultant "Pria" ended after she told me that I could not speak to a complaints team because they were too busy, that I had to email them and they would pick it up from the queue and action it eventually. My ref is 495433293020 should you wish to speak to me about this, you have my details as you have been using them for your own financial gain.

Beware, these are rip-off merchants who send out fake contracts, 'sign' with fake signatures and then threaten people with unjustified charges. Total rogues.

This company has just been on BBC 1 with Matt Alwight Do not use this company full stop They find people's names and ask for money.Its a Scam according to Watchdog

I have never had car finance, always preferring to obtain a bank loan.
These people have just sent an email that I will have to pay £75 cancellation fee for cancelling a contract that I never signed up for in the first place.
They are stating it was an electronic signature.
Stay well clear of them.

Like alot of people here I got an e mail out of the blue saying this company was acting on behalf of me for past car finance. I never signed up to this. They say I have a 14 day cooling off period before cancelation fees. Could somebody please advise me on the best corse of action as I fear canceling me be may admitting liability. Should I just block, delite and ignore???

I received an email informing me of my “claim” with them & that I had signed documents to allow them to act on my behalf. All lies!!! I have never engaged with this company and have now reported them to FCA & trading standards.

Been sent agreement that apparently I have electronically signed. I have not signed anything physically or electronically.

This company sent an email claiming I have signed authorisation, allowing them to pursue some kind of claim for a finance I have never had. Further more I haven't even lived in the UK for many years. Its a scam. I am sending the details to the financial ombudsman.

Had an email from this company I’ve never heard of them….i do have 2 claims for car finance going through a different company…..so getting a aggressive email stating about me having an agreement with them is completely false…and they stated that fees would be incurred…..left a review because this company is very dodgy saying I’ve signed an agreement with them when I’ve never heard of them

consultationclaims.co.uk are scamming so many people, faking claims, faking signatures & saying there is a cancellation fee if you don;t cancel in 14 days. They couldn't even get my telephone number right or my address or my d.o.b. I've never had car finance so they would be stuffed trying to make a claim for me lol PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM MAIL PEOPLE IT COULD BE THERE.

No instructions to act on my behalf were ever given!!! Never signed anything.
Therefore, SCAM / phishing!
Aggressive emails suggested costs will be incurred if not cancelled by a certain date.

I have also informed my finance company that no one is acting on my behalf.

Maybe if everyone takes action - this company will be taken to task over their fraudulent practices.

I wrote and spoke to this scamming firm on 18/09/2025 after I had received a copy of a letter from them which authorised them to pursue car finance claims on my behalf. Signed, allegedly, by me.
Today I've received a letter from Volkswagen asking whether I had authorised the same firm to pursue a claim against them. Emphatically not. They are crooks.
