Hello, 40 dagen wacht ik op mijn uitbetaling, ze zeggen dat de verificatie nog loopt terwijl mijn ID+bankafschrift op dag 3 al bevestigd waren. 1000 kwam wel binnen, 18k staat vast. Chat antwoordt elke keer met hetzelfde standaardbericht. 😐

My €600 request Friday evening. Monday to Wednesday nothing. Thursday chat told me 'reviewer on holiday' as if a single named person is the only human capable of processing withdrawals in the entire company. Actual quote, and I have the screenshot in case anyone needs proof this is how they operate.

I deposited €200 without opting in to any offer and my balance immediately showed 'active bonus wagering €7000 required'. Contacted chat straight away and was told 'it auto-applied based on your history' which is nowhere in the terms I signed up to when I opened the account originally.

Now they want me to do a selfie video reading a specific sentence into my camera on top of the ID, address proof, bank statement, and selfie-with-ID I've already provided...

I complained about a €420 stuck cashout, chat 'escalated', closed my ticket. 😕

Refunded to me in 24 hours after I sent a screenshot of the bank line, which is faster than most sites even acknowledge a failed deposit exists let alone push a refund through their finance team. My card deposit failed but €50 was taken from my bank.

My bank doesn't produce that format, and no bank I've asked about it does either, so it's an impossible requirement dressed up as a compliance check to keep the withdrawal in review indefinitely...

Source of funds, tax residency, employer verification, three months of bank statements. Every time I win over €500 the doc requests come at me. 😒😒 Feels like punishment for winning rather than a real compliance process, because the requests come every single big session, not periodically like a real risk-based approach would produce.
