Impossible to contact.

Original order date was cancelled by deivery company without notice

Then I’ve just found out the have cancelled my order after 20days without notice , without communication and up until now without refund.

Avoid this company at all cost

I placed an order on the 5th October and said 7-10 working days to deliver. Have sent chase email 4 times, tried ot call twice (giffgaff voicemail so don't hold your breath for someone to answer) and had NIL response.
Now looking to contact card provider for refund.

DO NOT order from this company. Check companies house for proof of them going out of business. No communication, can't get old of them via email or telephone. Accepting orders but not fulfilling them. We've spent over £1000 on fencing which I am now attempting to claim back through my credit card company. Feel sorry for them going out of business but they should absolutely be transparent about what they can and cannot provide. Look elsewhere!

This company was issued with a compulsory strike-off notice in November 2023 (see Companies House website). They are still taking orders (i.e. payments from customers) but failing to fulfill orders. They are uncontactable either by phone or email and if you place an order, as I and many other recent customers have done, you will not receive it. They use a QR code via Shopify to claim the order has been delivered, when it has not been. I am now in the process of trying to recover the £1,000 I spent via my credit card provider. Don't make the same mistake and avoid at all costs.

I placed an order and have heard nothing. Having read other reviews I started delving!! On Facebook in March 2024 they apologised for delays due to moving premises. In April 2024 a Winding Up Petition was registered in Sheffield County Court with a Hearing arranged in June 2024. This company should not be taking orders!!! Do not purchase from their website you will not receive anything. If you have placed an order raise a claim with your bank / credit card company.

I have used this company twice in the past to purchase slatted fence panels and have been happy. I have gone back to order again but this time my experience is very poor. They do not answer the phone or emails despite the money being taken and no evidence of the product. It is now more than 2 weeks since the order was made. Very disappointed and unless I hear from them in the week I will be having to seek compensation via my credit card.

I’m absolutely shocked by this scam of a service it’s insane !! I made a purchase of £500+ and never received my order and the company has gone into radio silence!!
I ordered from them as they had the best lead time of 5-7 working days, it’s been 14 working days and the company isn’t answering any of my emails and calls and never sent me any updates.
Proper Scam don’t buy from them!

If I could give 0 stars I would, we have had 5 failed deliveries now and still have not received our goods. The first two deliveries that were scheduled never showed up. The third delivery apparently the truck broke down so they said would deliver the following day which we were not going to be around for. They could not reschedule and said we had to wait until the delivery failed to re-book. Then we get a message to review the delivery and that it has been signed for which it hadn't! Finally they rebook delivery again and one hour into the scheduled time it gets cancelled again due to an issue in the warehouse. Either the product does not even exist and it is a scam or this is the most incapable delivery service I have ever known. Both myself and partner have taken so much time off work to be at home to wait for the delivery and still we have no goods. we have tried to contact Contemporary gardens as well with no response. called 3 times goes straight to voicemail, emailed 3 times and no response. THIS IS A SCAM.

The fences we brought from Contemporary Garden look great, they’re built really well and as far as price is concerned they must be the cheapest on the market. We plan to work on the back garden in spring next year and we will be coming back.

You haven’t delivered my order from 3 weeks ago and have ignored my subsequent 7 attempts to find out where it is - Can someone please update me?

I am waiting for my small trellis to be delivered, it's two weeks late and i cannot get hold of anyone to advise. Don't order from Contemporary Garden!

Poor communication and several delays in delivery which in the end was over 2 weeks late
Products appear to be of good quality , not installed yet as had to cancel tradesman due to delays in delivery date

I ordered small fence panel 19/8/24, it says 3-5 working days.
Currently 2/9/24 and I haven’t received it yet. I have emailed contemporary gardens, had a couple of early replies, but none for a week or so, can’t get hold of company

The service was very professional, the delivery was very fast and the fences were of the best quality. I recommend them without a doubt.

Bought a few painted fence panels for my small back yard for more privacy and they look great. Received all panels very quickly and in good condition. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered fence panels and posts painted in slate grey. Fence is lovely and feels sturdy. Really pleased with the colour. I made an error with the size of the posts but they have been so helpful to rectify this. Fabulous service

I bought some fence panels from this company. The quality is good, and they seem well-made. Delivery was faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Based on this experience, I would recommend them.
