Very poor service. I tried to get in touch several times to change the order and the next thing I knew they had delivered the item I couldn’t use. I called, they said they had been moving so gave me the new address to send the return to. The parcel, at great expense to me as you can imagine for large trellis panels, is being returned to me as the address I was given did not work. Whilst the product was very nice I would never use this company again. I’m greatly out of pocket with unusable items.

I was looking for a modern quality fence and this site and the website appeared to be professional.
My experience so far is absolutely atrocious. The lead time on the order stated 10 days when I paid the full amount on the 4th March. When I telephoned to find out what was happening to my order all I got was a voicemail box and no answer, and this is all you will get no customer service zero, zilch nothing ! It is now coming up to 30 days and all I received is one automated email from the sales manager apologising for the delay due to moving premises. I would give them the benefit of doubt if it wasn't for the fact that there is no personal correspondence with a date for delivery. This review goes out in support for all of us waiting for our fences that may never arrive. To say I am angry is an understatement. I will continue to bombard the company with emails and calls until I get a response. So Richard the sales manager, if you want good reviews you need to respond and give future customers the respect and confidence that we deserve.

Ordered Slatted panels for my pergola. I had actually called the day before I ordered and was advised that delivery would be around a week as the panels were cut to size upon order. Although I had ordered 4 panels 120cm x 120cm, I received 8 x 120cm x 60cm. Again I spoke with someone and they said they would look into it for me. The only reply I’ve had since, is an email explaining how the two smaller panels can be attached to make 120cm x 120cm. Didn’t get what I wanted and will make do with the panels sent. I’ve emailed again about returns and have been completely ignored. Having said all this, delivery came next day and the product was good. Although, the panels were dirty and had staples that were rusted. Not made to order but good all the same.

Bought the slatted fence panels. Had looked at these at other well known DIY companies and the quality was very poor so was worried about ordering unseen from an online company. When they arrived I was very impressed with the quality. Also, the delivery arrived exactly when they said it would. I would highly recommend Contemporary Garden. Thank you

Very impressed with the customer service. I received a damaged fence panels and upon notification the office send me a new one the very next day. The guys in the office also helped me rectify a mistake I made with my order and sent a new shipment over night which meant there was no impact to my garden project. All items are also of good quality and design. I high recommend

Definitely worth the wait. Delivery was delayed but not the fault of the company and I was kept informed. The person who erected the panels for me was amazed at their quality. They look stunning and some neighbours have asked where I got them from. The price is very competitive given the quality of the wood and workmanship. Whenever I was contacted the staff were informative and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Just a note to say my fence panels were received a few weeks ago, albeit a little later than expected, although I totally understand beyond your control.
They looked good in the box!...and look even better in situ! I am absolutely delighted with them, beyond expectation:) Quality is superb.
You customer services team were fantastic with the periodic communications re. the delay, and as I say I totally understood.

We ordered the Tempo Vibe panels to use as trellis as they have a nice modern look. The order was quite delayed, but that’s nothing to do with the company, just the wider shortage of wood products. I received the panels last week and they are already up. They are really good quality and the paint finish in pale green is lovely. I would definitely order from Contemporary Gardens again.

Despite timber shortages causing delays we are so, so happy with our finished garden fencing from Contemporary Garden. Well worth the wait. The fencing is gorgeous and has transformed our little garden into a modern oasis. Good customer service and help was much appreciated. Thank you guys.

Our Mews house yard has a modern wall with an old factory wall above it. The old wall was dull and had lots of dirty whitewash on the bricks. We decided to cover the old wall with Tempo Slats fencing. It now looks great. The fencing is manageable in 60cm heights which was good because we were working at a top height of 3m.

Bit slow due to timber shortage situation ,however fencing arrived and I love it 😁😁

Waited 6 weeks ..a week from delivery date called for update.. told would be another 6 weeks.. lots of excuses.. was then expected to be super grateful that i was offered refund... then swore at when asked if they were on trust pilot..Dont waste your time
