Hassle-free conveyancing with consistently great service
I have now used conveyancing.com.au to handle conveyancing and legal services for selling three different properties in two states, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Being based in regional Australia, having a conveyancer that I could communicate with remotely was essential, and the entire team was communicative, easy to deal with, and prompt in responding to my queries. In particular, I would like to single out Allan Clark, who assisted with my Victorian property, and Michelle Sullivan, who helped with my two properties in New South Wales. Needed a reliable and affordable conveyancing service
Needed a reliable and affordable conveyancing service in Melbourne and found conveyancing.com.au via Google search. Happy with how the firm handled my case with great communication from my paralegal, Aileen Adams. It was a smooth process and I did not need to worry as much.

Lacks experience and expertise
Positives:
1) Responsive to calls
2) Documents sent to me had good info
Negatives:
1) Unresponsive to emails and often requires following up.
2) PEXA invite was sent out to wrong party.
3) Often unable to satisfyingly answer my questions when I need help
4) I booked an appointment but it was cancelled without my knowledge.

Online quotation request was submitted
Online quotation request was submitted. Got a quote of a certain amount. Even at a little higher end but thought it was okay. However, did not proceed on the same day as it was a little late. The next day got a call from the agent. The lady offered that there are some services (which have added benefits) with an additional cost of 250 AUD. I am aware that a conveyancer is supposed to do all those "additional services" anyway hence decided not to proceed with it. The agent sends me a text message after a while saying she has got 50 dollars discount after talking to her manager.
The moral of the story is "there are additional costs" which are not told upfront and obviously are not for any added benefits. I would not say "dont go with them", i would rather say proceed with caution.

We do keep affordability in mind when separating our conveyancing fixed fees (contract to settlement) from our pre-signing services (contract reviews) as not every purchaser will wish to utilise each service, as outlined in our quotation emails.
Our pre-signing review is a standalone service at a cost of $250 (discounted this week to $200 as per our teams offer to you).
We were unable to locate your details in our system, but if you would like to further discuss your quotation, our offer or any other matter please feel free to contact us. We are disheartened to hear of your disappointment and will keep this feedback in mind with the way we present our costs in future.

We just bought a property and engaged Coveyancing.com.au for assisting the settlement process. Gellie the as my paralegal has been very helpful, informative and transparent about the whole process from start to end. Ensured we understand our rights and obligations from buyers perspective. Gellie kept us to-to date with regular updates and reminders at each each milestone within the settlement process timeframe. I would highly recommend Gellie.

Professional and thorough process.
Allan ensured l understood the process and what was expected of me. He made sure he made contact with me when it was required and followed up on missed calls so nothing was overlooked leading up to the settlement.

Pretty good, some issues
Allan successfully completed our settlement. He was efficient and responsive throughout the process. My only issue with conveyancing.com was that it was often hard to get answers to more complex questions or explanations about things like caveats and title insurance and whether they were necessary. This made the process pretty stressful as a first time homebuyer. Be aware that a paralegal will handle the conveyancing, under supervision from a solicitor.
