Felicci and the team were amazing!
Bought a property and had an absolutely fantastic experience - Felicci and the team at Conveyancing.com were great every step of the way. Everything around the settlement went smoothly with clear timeframes and easy to follow instructions.

Good service and value for money
This was the second time I used Conveyancing.com.au. Both times, the experience of buying and selling was smooth thanks to the experience and care of my paralegal. In this last instance, my paralegal, Nathaniel Orencio, provided me with excellent care, keeping me updated with all developments through to the conclusion of the transaction. Our conveyancer did not properly read…
Our conveyancer did not properly read the contract and neglected to identify the correct ownership structure of the property. They did not obtain strata fee settlement figures until prompted, made me pay land tax incorrectly and were extremely rude when I pointed out the matters which had been missed and asked for rectification. I would not recommend this company.

Lawrenz was amazing
Lawrenz was amazing, kept us in the loop, explained everything and over the whole purchasing of our home, he was the one we felt had our best interest at heart. 10 out of 10 Lawrenz. Fantastic work and made us feel very comfort and confident settlement would take place on time without issues, which it did!!

I am sorry I wasted my time on this…
I am sorry I wasted my time on this company. The process of of ID verification was not explained to me at all and security wise I found it very uncomfortable. I was told that it would be stress free and they would take care of everything (not true). It is also not very professional to have chickens crowing in the background when u are on a business call to a client. I did not feel assured that this was going to be handled well. I am now using another conveyance.
