I have researched and read many reviews for Convenyancing.com.au and found out there are quite a few negative feedback for this company.
However, in my purchase experience, Margarette Meneses, the paralegal officer assigned to my case has done an excellent job. She was professional, knowledgeable, prompt to respond and made our experience as stress free and smooth as possible. She was very understanding and patient with me. She clearly explained everything so that we could understand the process. I didn’t have to worry about anything as she was on top of everything. She maintained prompt conversations and communications on both telephone calls and emails. The settlement went through smoothly and with ease. I am now the homeowner. Thanks Margarette! 😊
