KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
OMG we have never experienced anything so bad. They are based in Philippines and know so little. The other side solicitor, real estate, financier and everyone we dealt with said they are so bad and couldn’t believe this company is operating. Our unconditional was due today. We told them at 3 days ago all good to go and now 9pm of the date of approval and still no correspondence. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Beware of them that’s all I can say. I couldn’t NOT RECOMMEND enough.
Firstly paid for contract review to purchase my land. Got 15 mins free call to ask questions about it. Someone named Haris Shah was hurrying, lack of interest to answer my questions, wasn’t interested to explain about things I ask, call ended up only 5 mins (I have evidence - 1)
Then I progressed to use them for conveyancing and dealt with someone named Evita Mota. Very useless. I told her I wanted title insurance and I’ve sent the form directly to the company and there was email cc’ed to me and she mentioned to them I didn’t want the insurance. I had to get involved on the email to say I WANT THE INSURANCE AND WHEN DID I SAY I DIDN'T WANT IT (I have evidence - 2). I never rejected it, I was the one hands on in the first place because they seem to not care. It proves how they lack of attention, incompetence and have no credibility to listen to clients.
A few weeks before settlement I have informed them about my new residential address and I’ve asked them to update it and they have confirmed about this (I have evidence - 3).
Then after settlement the previous address (I provided) was the one written on my title search like what?? I sent them email as soon as I read it. Fund has been withdrawn of course they ignored my email and not respond to it, typical (I have evidence - 4).
Then I wrote Google review about them. Guess what? Of course they responded. They said my review was unreasonable. I didn’t lie at all, stay to the fact and Google approved it means it’s appropriate. (I have evidence - 5)
They mentioned that they did that because they put previous address as post settlement address and current address as living address (I have evidence - 6) without even asking me what address do I want?? I told them to CHANGE TO current address but who uses a place you no longer live at for future address and documentation???? Like are you seriously dumb?
Who is not upset when you already pay and things go wrong? It’s all about money with them, ignoring my email was a proof that once fund is withdrawn means bye bye to them.
Also, their fees are not fully transparent (I have evidence - 7), there are fees not written on the quote, please read below review from somebody else. If only I’ve read them before hiring these people I wouldn’t waste my money.
Also I work night shifts and this person called me this morning. I was sleeping and they just suddenly judged me on their response on my Google review that I refused to be contacted. How unprofessional and low class people. I never read any Google review responses as unprofessional as this company does.
Guess what? They refused to fix my address.
Now I have to take this matter further because this company has failed to meet their duty, not compliant. I have no worry as I’m not in the wrong. Typical foreigners. I’m not worried about this address as there are LOTS of proper conveyancers out there who can fix it for me but I’m interested to make them get what they deserve.
To everyone out there, just be careful and please reconsider this people. Everything I say I have evidences of. I’m not lying on anything whatever responses they may write, of course they’ll defence themselves but read reviews from real people you’ll know the secret they hide.
Update review : beware everyone this is a LIE. They have challenged me to take this matter further, who is not upset instead of apology and fix the issue they challenged me instead? All good I’ve spoken to Consumer Affairs and they have FAILED to fulfils section 60 & 61 of ACL. Easy thing, I’ll get my refund if they fail to fix the mistake they made. I have sent you formal letter in regards of this if no action taken, I’m more than so happy to take next legal step.

Beware Hidden fees. Included several "supplier" fees added to the retail fees to obtain search documents as part of the Search Package e.g. water notice was charged $27.67 retailer fee however $238 supplier fee added; council rates notice cost only $28.05 however they added a suppler fee $81.20, ASIC retailer fee $14.95 however they added a supplier fee additional $14,00. When I enquired about these supplier fees it was claimed conveyancing.com.au used a third party (i.e. subsidiary company) provide these which assume is part of conveyancing.com.au under a different guise. It's only a local Council or State Government website used to obtain these certificates! Total lack of transparency.

Unprofessional, poor service, poor communication. I do not recommend or trust this conveyancer because they missed a very critical planning permit that is now costing me thousands of dollars and more than 2 months' delay to my build. And they are refusing to take responsibility for this oversight.
They also neglected to forward to me important private communications between them and the seller's conveyancer.
From my experience, their service is generic and not tailored to your specific needs. Attention to detail is severely lacking.
Even if their services are complimentary, I would not engage them.

The attention to detail is seriously lacking. The vendor and I signed a deed of variation, and the loan amount also changed as a result. However, the documents they sent over continued to contain the old information, and I had to constantly remind them to use the updated price. Honestly, this level of service is not acceptable for conveyancing. And to make matters worse, their fees are not particularly competitive compared to other legal firms as it all adds up, I regret choosing them.

Let me start with. On several other occasions that I have used this service for conveyance I have found the staff helpful and polite.
However, yesterday I spoke with a person at there office regarding a settlement that they were supposed to be handling for me. I found the staff member to be very rude by making fun of my hearing impairment not just once but on three occasions.
I would not recommend dealing with a firm that allows staff to be so disrespectful to their clients.
