Well I think this company for one could be up front about where they're shipping their products from. So you're not waiting forever to get them and when you do get them that the instructions are made in English and not some other language

Took quite a while for delivery, Do you have any instructions how touse it?

I could have given it a 5 stars, however I just received it and haven't used it to give an honest opinion. I can tell that the presentation impressed me. They looked good and solid out of the box. I tried one on a piece of paper, no smears ,smooth writing . I will come back to give a complete review after a few weeks of using it.
So far so good!

Once the product was shipped from Ireland, it moved right along.

It's a real nice little gadget. Very well made too! It's easy to use and a nice size. Delivery service was excellent and they were very intentive to my needs, as in keeping me informed or whereabouts of my item. Since it was buy one get one free, I gave my mother one and she loves it too!

Shipping took longer than expected and cable doesn't charge any quicker than an average small cord, just costed more

to expensive the shipping was more than the object and it had to do through tedious international customs and it appeared with no instructions.
