We bought a chicken, ham and leek pie for a New Years Eve meal and were totally disappointed.
The chicken was very nice, but not much of it.
The ham pieces were hard and chewy
The leek was non existent
However, the pastry was very nice.
Overall, not worth the money

During a recent visit to our former hometown of Rustington from Western Australia, I had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional service provided by the Rustington COOK team and would like to express my sincere appreciation for their kindness, attentiveness, and genuinely friendly approach. Their thoughtful care and willingness to go the extra mile which made such a difference to my day 😊

Visited our local branch in Rustington and was immediately assisted by staff member, Laverne.
She was so helpful sorting out all my issues, with selection and discount voucher.
There food generally a little bit pricey, but food is to die for and you get what you pay for!

I recently purchased a gift voucher of £30 for my daughter in law's birthday. My daughter in law suffers from brain damage after a riding accident so I thought it would be a great idea for her to have some really special food. Unfortunately when she came to order her food she was unable to do so as the minimum order is £40. I checked on the website and can't find anywhere that says you have to have a voucher to the value of £40 although it does say when you buy food it has to be of that value. Had i known this before I purchased the voucher I would have increased the value. I did phone to query this and didn't feel very satisfied with the response. I was hoping that, on this occasion, they would allow my daughter in law's carer to make a telephone order on her behalf, but no they wouldn't budge. Food is so important when you have so little happiness in your life. Don't get me wrong I love food from Cook and regularly purchase from them but I feel on this occasion they fell short.
