Terrible customer support and delivery…

Terrible customer support and delivery times including deadlines. Preordered WoT stuff which suppose to be shipped in September. Then got message it was delayed to November, then to December.
Contacted support who claimed they are working with DPD to find and solve the issue with excuses started from November about bad weather and to this day there is still bad weather.. apparently.

Horrible customer service and slow shipping

Horrible customer service. I mean horrible Shipping excuses and more shipping excuses. They blame the shipper, they blame everyone but the shipping department where the issue is. I was told many times the shipper forgot to pick up my package. Really, UPS forgot to pick up this one package for over a month. Delay after delay with many excuses along the way. Once it was shipped they forgot to include the paperwork so it got returned by customs. You need to have patience to deal with this company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SLOW SHIPPING WITH MANY, MANY DELAYS. This was ordered in April with a ship date of late September. Its now half through Jan and the package still has not arrived.

170€ for nothing. Don’t buy anything. It is a complete scam. Only Emails with the answer, we are a little bit late. Always! Now no answer. Get nothing.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service - book shipped 7 months after payment , was arrived damaged and initially thetreplied and after initial email no resposne . DONT TRUST THEM and buy elsewhere ...

Pretty poor communication

Pretty poor communication, ordered a swtd book deluxe edition last year and found out my order wasn't imput then through new emails they made me unable to purchase from them again. Pretty rude I'd say. Considering the failure was on their end and it was cause I was rude but I feel like I had a little right to be mad. So... overall experience was not exactly.. fun. Pretty mediocre customer service. I would reach out and get little to no responses back, and I only got the book just 2 days after the birthday party it was for. And I had to give it to them late. Because of the poor performance skills and work ethics. I've set the date when I ordered it. And it's taken this long to be able to even write this.

Ewig lange Lieferzeit

Ewig lange Lieferzeit, jetzt die zweite Verzögerung. Nun steht die Lieferung für Mitte/Ende November. Das war das erste und letzte mal. Mal hoffen ob die Bestellung dann wenigstens qualitativ ist.

Terrible delivery times and missed deadlines

Terrible delivery times and failed deadlines, ordered a book in April which was supposed to ship in September.
Contacted support who claimed they had sent an email explaining the situation on September 5th, but I had gotten no such thing.

Now it has been more than a month since the first deadline and I have not received anything yet.
Maybe I shouldve gone for a refund

Ordred a WOT premium in april. And have not get it. 4 months has gone still waiting. Cant find rhe suport or no link for help... 90 dollar

Delays, poor customer service, terrible delivery times

Ordered the “Naval Legends: Cruisers” collectors book on 07/11/2023 and the project has been pushed back several times. I asked customer services for a refund after complaining about this and was refused.

I received an email on 15/08/2024 stating that they have yet again had a delay but tracking with FedEx has been sorted and to allow 2 to 3 weeks for tracking numbers to be updated. They also stated in the email that I had to let them know my preferred name by the 17/08/2024 to add to a certificate they put in the packages. 2 days is not an acceptable amount of time for this and I missed the cut off.

After 3 weeks had passed, I again spoke to their “customer service team” 10/09/2024 as no update about my order as it should have been shipped by now. A reply from customer service said that my label has already been made and I can track it there. Going to the link the label was sitting somewhere in the Netherlands waiting to be paired with my order.

Fast forward to today (30/09/2024) and my tracking label is still sitting in the Netherlands and not even attached to the shipping box.

No update from customer services, no one taking my complaints seriously, and my order was refused to be cancelled and money not refunded after requesting this due to ridiculous delay window.

Would never buy any further products from Cookandbecker again.
