I ordered some pajamas for a relative. They apparently were ‘close-out’ which meant they could not be returned. I did not ‘read’ that anywhere. I tried returning but was unable to; I sent a request asking for help and was offered to ‘see what they could do’. Well, I would have expected more or better. Buyer beware. Check the return policy whenever buying from this site.

I ordered sale items in the size I always buy, but somehow the sizing changed and the items are too small. The website says I cannot return them due to being sale items. I ordered these items in good faith but am now stuck with stuff I cannot wear!!

This is my second response to my latest delivery. I love my new gowns. They are soft, comfortable and fit well. The fabric quality meets my expectations.

I absolutely love this pajama top. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, contacted them and asked for the right size and they changed it ASAP. I have four of these tops. Great company!

The fabric really works! I have tried cool sheets, but they never seem to work. Cool-jams solved the problem. Thank you!

The night cool pjs are amazing. I have had severe night sweats since I got Covid in 2021 and this fabric allows me to sleep through the night comfortably and wake dry. Ah….!!!

The communication is terrific and we love the product.

The only true cooling, comfortable, moisture wicking material. I’ve tried them all. Couldn’t sleep without Cool Jams.

Veronica ("Vivi") is a model for excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong size for both tops and shorts pj's. She explained my options and offered alternatives when my original choices were not available. I have already recommended Cool-jams to friends. Thanks, Vivi.

Communication from product manager about product,

The service that I am commenting on is Cool Jams images of the item on the website. That fits in the "service" category. The photos for the item did not accurately depict the pajama bottoms. In the photos, the bottoms have been altered: they are stitched at the sides. This is not how they are. There is no side stitching: it's a full tulip hem and the front and back panels are not connected. But in the photos, I see that they stitched them together. Very misleading by the company.

I had a previous purchase that was not good. Customer Service was very supportive and sent me another nightgown.

Website easy to navigate. My order came quickly.

As always items ordered were delivered quickly. Have been wearing Cool Jams for several years. Its the only brand of sleep wear I buy. Its comfort, well made, long lasting, and a pleasure to sleep in. No other brand compares to it. It’s well worth the cost.

I did not like not finding a way to return my purchase which was too large for me. Customer service is poor

When I placed my order, a representative got back to me right away to ask if I wanted to keep my order the same or change it since I couldn't get the colors and style in the cool basics. I was unaware that there had been a change. Since I wanted a certain color to match I left the order as is.
