If it weren't for your terrific staff member, Mae, I would rate Cool-Jam service with one star.
I wanted to return items AND I wanted express service, your online interface system needs a significant overhaul. I'm accustomed to doing everything on line - quickly and efficiently. I ordered a nightgown and tee/pants set for travel to Europe, and the experience was extremely frustrating. It required numerous time-consuming interactions via email with Mae (who was lovely). I highly recommend you update your website OR sell your products on Amazon with the opportunity for express service.

I had trouble navigating the website to find the exact pj set that I wanted. I emailed customer support describing what I want and they were super helpful. They made sure to understand the correct order and sent me an order link that included a discount code. It made it very easy for me to order. They exceeded my expectations of excellent customer service.

Fabric Much Improved
The fabrication has been improved or back to the original. Not scratchy like recent orders...bravo...back on track. This is a premium product...someone was cutting corners.

Great product from a great company
This company has great customer service. I love the night cool fabric and helps me sleep much better. One thing I would change is if you choose elastic waist on the shorts they do not have pockets. The drawstring option has pockets. That is important to me and the option for the elastic waist should state no pockets. Otherwise I love my new pj's.
