BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL Delivered only part of my order. I asked for a replacement, I was told the replacement was stopped as the delivery firm has gone into administration. And cool clobber are not sure if I will ever get my goods and no mention of recompense or refund.

I placed my order with next day delivery, it has now been 3 working days and I haven’t received it. I contacted the customer service team via email yesterday and have had no response, I have contacted through the website form today and haven’t had a response either.

Send the wrong order out, never emailed me back to send correct one out

It arrived within decent timescales. Was priced well and arrived clean and well wrapped. I would definitely use them again. Thank you.

I placed my order on the 30th September. I have not received the items was told 2 to 3 days delivery. The items have not been dispatched. I have emailed you numerous times and have had no response. I will never purchase anything from you again. Your just happy to take the money and not respond. Disgusting! Do not use this company!

Got sent the wrong order twice. After the second time I finally recieved the correct pair of pjs, third time lucky.

After sending out the wrong order after the second time, they promised me a full refund if I returned the incorrect orders.

So after the convenience of ordering online and getting delivered to my home, I had to go out of my way to send back the incorrect orders. But as they promised a full refund I wouldn't have been out of pocket.......I would have even been happy with the postage costs returned to me and not even a full refund.....but with a whole month's worth of emailing back and forth regarding receiving the wrong orders etc......I have recieved nothing, no full refund or as I say I would have been happy with just the postage costs. Wont be ordering from them again. I am now out of pocket after their mistakes. Not impressed.

Quality is great love my products. You need to change your delivery company they are so slow

Bought peppa pig pants and pyjamas for my 2 year old grandson, who went to Peppa Pig World previous week and was very happy with his new clothes. The clothing fitted perfectly , was well made and very soft. Would definitely buy from CC again.
