While numerous reviews indicate this is a legitimate business, their customer service and shipping are incredibly slow. I placed my order on October 4th with an advertised shipping time of 2-4 days. As of now, I have not received my product, nor have I received any updates about shipping. I reached out via email and Instagram direct message two days ago, but I have not received a reply on either platform. The lack of communication is very frustrating.

Amazing scratching. Bought 2kg worth now. Dispatch times are a little slower than expected but worth the wait.

Really delayed delivery and poor customer service contacting.
The product itself is inedible due to how salty it is.
This company needs to take a couple of steps back and rectify continuing issues and complaints or it will be lucky to survive another year as will not maintain regular customers.

I ordered the taster pots for all varieties and a big jar full of original as this was the first time and wanted to try them all. Wow!!! The big thing for me was the consistency in the scratchings crunchy fresh and light some with the soft fat in the Middle I love those!! they were all amazing!! Obviously flavour is flavour and I wasn't taken so much by a couple of flavours but that's a personal thing and not a criticism, and others were amazing but again it's all down to our taste buds so for me, you can't go wrong with original fantastic black pepper, Garlic, BBQ,bacon, were deffo my favourite then maple and I can't make my mind up between the curry,salt and vinegar and sweet chilli, but to be honest who cares!! What I can say is that you can't be disappointed surely!!These are amazing full of flavour, fresh and crisp. The only thing was it was a slow delivery how ever a small company growing which I believe will always have growing pains, If I know I'm gonna have to wait two weeks I will put my order in earlier simple, and to be honest you can't rush greatness and believe me these are great!! The only reason these weren't a 5star was the delivery time although when I reached out the guys made contact with in said time and they were on the way. Flavour texture ect a deffo big five out and five!!!

I put an order in because it says 2-4 days delivery! It’s been 9 days and haven’t even had an email to say it’s been packed. It’s ridiculous and false advertising.

Cool hog barbecue hog lumps are the best full of delicious flavor so crunchy a great snack would highly recommend you need these in your life

It took around 14 days for my order to arrive. I ordered a few taster pots which were very small and 1 bag. Overall the products were nice abit too salty for my taste, but the flavours were good, they are made with a lot of extra ingredients that I wasn’t expecting.
Not sure if I will order again.

Still waiting for this part of my order . Will be my last time of ordering if this doesn’t get sorted soon . Iv paid £58.77 for 3 bags . Where is the rest of my order please .

Tried the limited edition Worcester sauce and honey and mustard. Worcester sauce were lovely exceeded expectations. Honey and mustard not a lot if hardly any taste of mustard. Needs more flavour to them.

The pork scratchings are great, and I've ordered before. My last order (paid express) went missing. Royal Mail's photo showed it left at a different house on a different road. At first Cool Hog told me to take it up with Royal Mail, which was frustrating. After I chased again they apologised and refunded me in full. I'd have liked that sooner, but they did the right thing in the end. Good product, and I'd order again.

Delivery was extremely slow, for the price your paying i expected delivery to be fast. Product is good, but doesn't match the price. Packaging is poor. I feel they have had a massive jump in orders and they can't keep up which is affecting the product, delivery and overall customer experience.

i received these last week and as i ordered the crunch ones to see if they where better than the original ones as with one of them i chipped my tooth but these are a lot better but very moreish

Simply the best full of flavour and awesome crunch

I ordered 2 packets of the maple not the same crunch or taste of my last few orders, they were more like a puff crunch and different texture and taste. I have sent a reply today but don't know if they will reply. I do like the product but hope to send 1 packet back as I've opened the order.
