Came round attempted to fix, wasn't able to then persuaded to pay additional £120 for a part up front. Then didn't show for a couple days and still couldn't fix when coming back with the said part. Wasn't Jay but an apprentice doing the job each time with him looking over which didn't help. Then Jay disappeared, multiple phone calls later and many broken promises attempted saying that will come, the fridge had completely broken by then, so had to buy a brand new one after 2 weeks of waiting and him deciding to try to come on a few hours notice when we weren't free. What an utter waste of £175 and time. Don't use him, nice at start and in person but never shows upon request. DON'T PAY UPFRONT. Stated a receipt was sent to my email address, but my email address was never given. Now we have no proof of ever paying him. Already been reported to trading standards. Lets see what they can do.

Incredibly friendly and professional. Came to my cafe and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. Didn’t overcharge and no scamming for extra parts. Cheap price too. Will use these guys for every one of my cafes now. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Jamie explained what was wrong with the fridge/ freezer and advised us of what was wrong and cost of the repair.
He arranged a date and time for the repair and did not let us down

If you had a zero star that's what I would put. Con man stay away! Charged us £55 call out came back next day charging us another £65 to diagnosis. Then tells us it would be £200 for the repair. Then phoned us back and said £400 at this point we said no. So he had £120 for doing nothing.

I would definitely recommend this company. I have had ongoing issue with my fridge for some time and it has been fixed. My request was responded to within a few hours and fixed on the same day. Fantastic service and reasonably priced too.

Excellent service, came out in short notice, the fridge needed a new part but came back the next day and got it all sorted. The fridge has worked perfectly since and saved me getting a new one! Lovely guy too!

Came and viewed the fridge for 5 mins and charged £65. Then told us it "might" work. if not call up again and he'd buy the parts and repair it. Ended up calling again as the fridge still was broken and got told it can't be repaired.

Filled in contact form on Good Friday, not expecting a response until Tuesday. Called back Friday and came on Saturday. Turned up when expected. Called to say he was on his way. Gave honest assessment and advice. Fridge/Freezer fixed, reasonable price. Would recommend.

Fridge freezer repair as it was on and off working.

Person arrived had no sense of covid 19 rules. Didn't wear mask. Said he is immune to it. First said the call out charge was £55 plus cost for parts.Latter said I should pay him another 55 pounds plus for parts when he comes again to fit the parts. Left the kitchen in a mess. Connected something wrong in the control panel and the freezer which was working stopped working after he left. Came back second trip to connect it properly. Leaves behind tools and swears a lot as if it was our mistake. In the end I found out with another engineer that nothing wrong with my fridge freezer. It was just ice build up and I dont need to change anything. So do not use this company at any cost. As they ARE NOT COMPETENT UNORGANISED UNPROFESSIONAL RIPPING OFF COMPANY.
