Only gave 1 star as I did receive an item, albeit the wrong one. I contacted them immediately, on receipt of the item, (delivery longer than advertised too) to receive a reply stating they wouldn't want me to pay for return postage (at my own cost🤪) and to give it to a friend instead. I was asked if I would accept 20% off further purchases🤪🤪🤪. I declined this 'generous '😋 offer and was met with a further email thanking me for accepting their kind offer of 20%🙈 after several additional emails, I'm now only receiving automated emails saying they've replied...in my opinion, avoid this company at all costs
Copugo have now got in touch with me and instigated a full refund. I'm now waiting for confirmation which could take 7 - 14 days....watch this space

Highland cow is terrible dragged through a hedge backwards nothing like the photo not weighted neither definitely wouldn't recommend

Zero stars, the Highland cow is not what I ordered and I ordered 3. 🙄🤦♀️
Not weighted looks nothing what is advertised and definitely 100% unsafe for children.

Do not use
Items shows as delivered on their tracking site but no details of where left or who the courier was. On asking for a replacement/refund I was told they were happy to tell me it had been delivered and to check a safe place. I have repeated it want received and guess what, automated response and no-one will respond. Avoid like the plague!

Following my review being published copy go wrote a response however I have been in touch with their customer service team numerous times and they either tell me it’s been delivered (it hasn’t) or that they’ve responded and if I want more help to contact them do I did and you get the same message!

Cheap version of advertised product
Ordered the highland cow, microwavable pouch, weighted feet…Large.
After very long wait for delivery. I Got a poor quality version of what was advertised in the video, no pouch for heating up and definitely not soft material or weighted feet…
Confusing conversations with customer service, had to resort to PayPal for a refund.

Customer service really is for customers.
I'm always worried about being able to return goods that I don't fit my needs. Copugo customer service on the other hand were, quick and understanding and resolved my problem.

Christmas embroidery hearts are great
Such a lovely product. I bought several of the Christmas embroidery hearts and they are fab. You have all the materials you need which are a bargain and clear instruction ( if very small). Thoroughly recommend.

Eye brighteners are a waste of money
I bought two different colours.
Both are extremely hard to apply, take ages of rubbing them on my poor eyelids to see any hint of colour, but the colours don't stand out at all. They definitely don't brighten my eyes in any way.

Rubbish
I am very disappointed with these eye brightener pens, I bought two both in a brown/gold colour. They are very hard to apply and catch and drag on the skin,it is very dry too. A very poor product.
