Fast and perfect repairing work

The homes are made to the highest standards, excellent layout with spacious rooms. My part exchange process was flawless, they supported me throughout, couldn't have been more helpful. Friendly and professional service from start to finish from Kate and team at Stoche Acre.

Excellent client relationship service from beginning to end. From my very first meeting with Debbie to help through the buying process with Aletta through to customer service with Johanne, I have nothing but praise for Cora homes. The workmanship and quality of the build is to an excellent standard and any tweaks are rectified swiftly. Cora build smaller developments it would seem, so their attention to detail is of a higher standard than most new builds. They literally cannot do enough to help you through the buying process to completion but their help and assistance does not end there, it continues.

I had a small issue with glue seeping out from under my door bars- sticking my socks to them if I caught them and then my socks depositing sticky blobs of unsightly black/ brown glue everywhere. From the moment I reported this to customer care, to its final resolution ( glue cleaned up and brand new door bars fitted throughout!), took approximately 4 days!

I bought a house through Cora and moved in August 2023. From the moment I reserved the plot with Debbie & Dawn, to choosing interior options and then visiting the site several times prior to completion - I found the experience straight forward and stress free. The site manager, Aki, and the labouring teams on site have gone above and beyond both before and after completion to make sure I’m happy with my finished house. Everyone I have come across working for Cora has been friendly, very professional & has high standards. I would recommend anyone looking for a high quality new build property to look at Cora developments in their area. Thanks again guys!

Would love to know how this building company scammed the hbbc and got their development through? The infrastructure Of our village cannot cope with this site! We have one village school which is full at 120 kids and one tiny shop! And now a extra 50 homes are to be built on a hill? And one road running through the village will be greatly impacted by the building works and the school traffic etc! We would all love to know who this company paid off to get this approved!!! You are going to destroy this village but you don’t get as it’s money to you! But reading your new page for Thornton it says 50 house but you was only approved for 49 on the planning application? Hmmm guess we need to fire a email off with screen shots!

I’m in the process of buying my 1st new build, and I have been pleasantly surprised about how seamless the process has been so far, and also Dawn and Debbie have made this move easy with their knowledge and kindness, thank you ladies.

Fantastic experience with the Cora team. They spent 6 days volunteering within our primary school. They decorated, built furniture, created a library space and even rescued us from a leaking roof. A great example of a developer giving back to the local community, thank you Cora Homes

The customer care team at Cora Homes are very helpful, respond quickly to emails and telephone calls. The snagging problems with my new build home, have been recified quickly.

We recently purchased a house at Cora's Great Bowden site.
From the moment we met Dawn, the Sales Manager, we knew we were in safe hands.
She showed us the properties on offer with great care, ensuring we spent plenty of time in each and answering all our questions.
Since we bought the house we have been very impressed by the two Site Managers, Aki and Brenden who have gone out of their way to make our move stress free - they have explained how everything works and nothing is too much trouble - they really could not have been more professional and helpful!
The house was immaculately presented and we are delighted with every aspect of our purchasing experience with Cora.

I don't even know where to start as the customer service from Cora from start to finish has been nothing short of amazing!

The whole process was new to me as a first time buyer, but Cora were excellent at keeping me in the loop throughout. I also have to give a big shout out to Josh who went above and beyond when doing my home demo, on the day I got my keys, and any snagging that was required after. Him and Dan made sure it was done as quickly as possible and nothing was too much trouble. Josh couldn't have done enough for me and has been so helpful - he is a credit to the company and I can see that this is echoed in other reviews. I'd give him more than 5 stars if possible!

Overall, the best possible moving experience I could have hoped for and I am over the moon with my new home. I would highly recommend buying a Cora home to anyone as they are built to such a good standard and the customer service is faultless.

Very happy with my new home. Dan was informative on my home demo and Josh has been amazing since, offering advice and help whenever needed. Josh has gone above and beyond and will go out of his way to ensure customers are happy. Thank you to the Cora team (in particular Dan and Josh) I highly recommend!

I moved in to a beautiful Cora home in Great Bowden just over a month ago and have nothing but positive things to say about the whole process. Both Aki and Josh have been so helpful in ironing out any problems as quickly as they could, while I settled in to my new home. Thanks again 😊

Recently moved into a new home,Josh was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond during his time here. Was very friendly and easy to approach.

From day one of moving into my new home Cora have been on hand to help with all teething problems especially Josh and Aki helping to get rid of bits and pieces and helping sort out initial broadband issues. Highly recommend these guys x

Recently bought a house built by Cora and so far am very happy with the service. Wanted to give a shout out to Josh who called by within the first week we moved to complete a 7 day snag list
and to check everything was ok and he has since fixed every snag on the list within the first month of living here. Josh also went out of his way to ensure our washing machine was working and to show me how to use and top up the boiler pressure as I didn't know what to do. If I could leave him more than 5 stars I would.

Bought a new home at Romney Meadows.

From the very first visit, and the many afterwards, Debbie was amazing. We were having some external issues and she had all the knowledge we needed to point us in the right direction. She will be missed now she isn’t at the development.
Site manager Brenden was great with our home demo and nothing was too much hassle.

Dawn was great, was the first time buying a house and she helped us through the process going out of her way to show us around whenever we called into the site. Equally Aki was just as helpfull keeping us informed and taking us through a home demo showing us how to use everything.

Its early days but very happy with the build and the customer care so far has been faultless.

Can’t speak highly enough of Brendon the site manager and Debbie. Only downfall was customer care and overall finish of the property for the money paid was not at a high standard
