Ordered at the end of November ( Black Friday Sales)… still have not received order. FYI these items come from CHINA…. So we will see what happens whenever it arrives. Will never purchase again.

I order to handbags on November 4, 2022. Today is November 20th. I have YET to receive my 2 handbags. I a tracking and as of today has not left China. I keep chatting and not getting answers. Then I receive a sales pitch email saying "hoping you are enjoying your Cordae". I a livid. Now I am reading these bad reviews and I horrified that I may not receive the bags at all. want to give them zero stars, but review requires at least one star. If i had read the reviews before ordering, i would not have ordered.

I ordered a bag on Oct 28 and I still have not received it. I can’t review the product but I can review my experience so far. They take your money up front which I find unethical. The delivery of products can take 3 weeks if not more. The return policy is flawed because you only have 30 days from the purchase date to return the product. I feel like this is a real scam! You are pretty much screwed if you don’t like what you get because of the time it takes for you to receive the bag. A reputable company would not operate in this manner. I won’t purchase ever again from them!

I received my bag today and I’m very pleased! The bag looks great! I received immediate response to all of my questions. I would have given 5 stars but shipping took longer than expected.

The measurements they had for the bracelet were wrong and then it took over a month to get larger size. When the bracelet arrived it was broken. They would not respond!

Complete scam. It took months, back and forth emails assuring me the bag was on its way. After about 8 weeks, I realized I was scammed so called CC company who returned the $200. When I sent a nasty email to “missy” (I think that was her name) and told her I knew it was a scam and reported it to CC company, a few days later the bag arrived (from China) in a pathetic brown paper bag wrapper (no box), completely smushed and look NOTHING like the website pictures. It was like the worst of the fakes one gets in Chinatown in Manhattan.

I didn’t think I would be scammed but here I am, scammed. Save your $$$, please!

I LOVE my Cordae bag and have just ordered 2 more! As others have stated, it looks exactly as pictured on the website and is of wonderful quality. Again, the only downsides are the wait time and packaging (it really would be so much better if the purse came in some sort of box to add more protection), but otherwise, it truly is a beautiful product and well worth it!

Update 7/18/22
Continued emailing Cordae and they wouldn’t give me a refund or allow me to return the bag. I also found on their return policy that they don’t accept returns from damaged product - clearly, they don’t stand by what they sell. I wish I could post pictures so you could see how it arrived, just save your money for something nice. DO not waste your time, patience and money. I was able to make a claim with my CC company and thankfully they are refunding my money. Stay away from cordae at all cost!

Total scam. Look at their BBB complaints if you want the truth. I bet all the positive reviews are fake. I asked for a return since bags were completely destroyed, their response was to stuff paper inside it to “fix it”. I also have doubts its real leather.

It Looks exactly as the advertising picture. My only little complaint is the wait time, but worth it.

I was admittedly cautious about ordering a purse that seemed too good to be true. My faith was rewarded when I received, within a short amount of time, a gorgeous, deep red bag that was similar to a famous French purse that costs several thousands more. (About the price of 6 Yugos.) My bag is sturdy, well-made and has that heavenly smell of real leather. I’m so glad I took that leap of faith.

****2nd Update: I received my replacement bag and it’s so beautiful! Huge difference! Color and shape are spot on! I think this one is leather but it doesn’t smell of leather like the other 3. It feels an looks 100% better than the defective bag!! Updated my rating to a 5.

***Update: Cordae is sending me a new bag. I’ll upgrade my rating to a 5 if/when the new bag arrives 🤞🏽***

I have purchased 4 bags. The first 2 bags were ordered together but arrived separately. The first bag arrived in 30 days and the second bag arrived in 45 days. Both bags were beautiful and smell like genuine leather. I ordered 2 additional bags a month later and this time the bags arrived within 15 days. However, the yellow bag does not smell like leather at all. It also has a funny shape. I notified Cordae that I would like to exchange it but they rejected my request. They assured me that the bag is made of cow hide leather and to stuff the bag and it will return to its proper shape. No luck yet and this bag does not smell like leather at all. I changed my rating from a 3 to a 4 because I love 3 out of 4 bags. I would rate a 5 if was satisfied with the yellow bag but I’m not. I will order another bag but if it’s anything like this yellow bag, I will reduce my rating from a 4 to a 2.

Just received my third bag and it’s beautiful. I get tons of compliments on all 3 of them and I plan to order at least 2 or 3 more colors in the future. The bags are well made and they all arrived within the promised 3 week time frame. Not sure why there are any negative comments about these bags…they are definitely a quality product and are tens of thousands of dollars cheaper than the designer bag that they resemble.

Rip off, rip off, rip off…total scammers!! Buyer Beware!!!

Amazing! The leather on this bag is far better than on Authentic big name bags I have bought for years that cost double or more! The stitching is beautiful. I receive tons of compliments delivery was fast and easy.

Made in China, I only purchase from USA or Europe.

Update to my earlier review. I received the purse. It’s a decently detailed imitation, but, as others noted, it is NOT leather. I would not have ordered it at the price I paid if i knew it was not leather. But I might have paid $40 or so because it could be fun to hold it in a photo, and it is a good size and color. No one would be fooled in real life. I will not return because I am sparing myself the likely trouble.

This website is a scam. Do not order from them. I purchased a ring in the beginning of April. It is now may and not even the shipping has been updated. When I reached out to them they told me that the item was out of stock and could take up to a month to go back in stock. I was not notified about this while purchasing and was mislead. They also do not help you when you email they just tell you that they will be notifying their team. This website took my money and is a scam, never ordering from them again.
