I was concerned when my order was delayed, but the communication was excellent and my fears were put to rest right away. Plus, just as promised my order showed up a few days later! Great customer service!

I stumbled upon Cordaé about 5 years ago. This was before there huge popularity. I loved having my little secret. My first bag arrived and I was excited to use it. Little did I realize the compliments I’d receive. That led me to ordering another. I was there when they began doing “drops” and always ordered. They switched formats and then the word was out but I’ve always still thought of them as my little secret.
The purses are always all top quality but the customer service is beyond top service. I’ve never experienced such ease and help in any issue I’ve had. Little things such as I put in my wrong address to somehow receiving the wrong color bag. (OMG they let me keep that color and sent me my original choice). I’m sure reviews are limited but I could write paragraphs as to why I’ll always get my bags from them.

We had a tiny mistake when ireceived my first bag..Cordae did everything they possibly could, went above and beyond to accommodate me..they immediately sent me the correct bag and were so pleasant and easy to deal with. The construction is so perfect..everything was wrapped to protect in shipping and then all the straps and metal were covered with plastic..it was a great experience even though we had a little mishap to start with …I just ordered another bag..this will be my third and I’m dying for the Himalayan to become available!!!

I am OVER THE MOON about my bags! I have 4 bags and one on the way. I gave my white Birkin to a friend because she and her husband flew into our town to check on my mom who was sick.
I’m going to reorder the white one. I have owned authentic bags and see very little difference. Cordae has been STELLAR IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPERBLY STELLAR FOR THE QUALITY OF THEIR BAGS!

I ordered the 30" Green Croc & Plan to get the 35" Black Croc, along with a Solid Leather White or Brown (once I get some of my Bills in order).

Did I mention that I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE My Green Bag (Everyone seems to think that it is Real).

Shipping was about 3 weeks - which was fine w/me.

I was somewhat surprised by the way it came shipped (literally in a Paper Bag), however, there were NO Damages to the Item.

As stated above, Cordae' NY... Has gained a NEW LIFETIME CUSTOMER! ;-)

My first delivery took almost 2 months, and yes, I did think it was NY company, not China. Was very nervous to open that package, but the purse was perfect! It made out of great material, has impeccable details, and a color is fantastic! So, I went ahead and bought two more. Delivery was much faster, and again, purses did not disappoint. I keep looking every time thg the drop and purses have been very beautiful. I like variety of colors.

Absolutely love the affordability and quality of all the purses.

The bags are totally authentic looking. Comparing with bags of friends who have the designer brand, I cannot tell the difference. I have over 25 years in the fashion industry and have a keen eye.

"The New York" Is everything you want out of a stylish bag without the inflated Designer label cost. This was a Birthday Gift for my sister and I knew she was going to absolutely Love it! She was so impressed with the leather and quality that she sent photos to her friends to make them jealous. She asked if i'd get her another color next year. I've spoiled her now-)

I purchased a Gucci knock off bag and I absolutely love it! It is well made, fashionable and very practical. The only problem was shipping. Although it arrived in good condition, it took a very long time (more that 3 weeks). So if you’re going for a special occasion, give it plenty of time.

I purchased two bags from Cordé. I was sooo pleased with my purchase. I wear them and get compliment after compliment. The craftsmanship is excellent, the colors are vibrant, and the value is the cherry on top. One relative was so enamored that I gifted one to her. Now I'm excitedly looking to find my new bag. I will be a customer for a long time to come.

These bags come from china. I am disappointed because I truly thought these bags were coming from New York. The name is extremely misleading. Furthermore, I’ve been waiting weeks for my order when tracking told me it should have been received weeks ago. I will be disputing this purchase with my bank. Do not order from this website. You will be waiting and waiting. I paid over $200 for my order and I’m still waiting. For that kind of money the shipping and service should be much better and much faster. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM CORDAE NEWYORK

I decided to give
Cordae a try and have since purchased five bags from them. They are all fantastic copies- I have several authentic bags but there is little/no noticeable difference.
One bag came scratched and they immedately sent another even during the Christmas rush. Just received it and it's perfect.
Look forward to seeing what new bags they'll be making in the near future.
For those complaining about the long wait time, yes they come from China and mine have been held up by the USPS when they arrive in the US. Nominally two-three weeks to receive. Worth the wait.

I have ordered about 7 bags total in the past year, and the quality has been outstanding. Yes they are copies, but very well worth it. You get the look and quality for less. I do own “authentic” bags also, so I do know the quality.

I ordered 12 Birkin style bags & 1 blue Christian Dior bag during the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays. I was able to track my bags using the Shop App. There was a delay, however it was on the side of the post office where they held my bags. I stayed in constant contact with Cordaé regarding the matter & their customer service was exceptional. They responded to my emails w/in 24 hrs. & contacted the post office as well! I love all 13 of the bags in every color. Real leather bags that have rich colors & exceptional quality in the stitching & hardware. I have 1 thing I need assistance with & that is how to connect the keys to the handles of the bags. I will definitely order again from Cordaé!

I purchased a bag and when I received it, it smelled awful! I contacted the company and they told me to send it back with tracking information and they would refund my money. I followed their instructions and despite repeated requests for a refund, I have never received one.
