I purchased my first purse three years ago, and the quality was so impressive people consistently mistook it for Berkin.
I ordered the love bracelets and ring when they came; they were beautiful, and I was devastated I purchased the wrong size and I couldn’t get it around my wrist.
I contacted customer service and received a follow-up to my email within 3 hours, providing me with the return instructions—customer service on the level of Nordstroms, known for delivering best-in-class customer experience.
Fast forward to this month; over the years, I’ve purchased 11 handbags, 6 bracelets, and 2 rings (make for the best holiday gifts) with beautiful stitching and outstanding leather; my bags look as good today as they did when I bought them three years ago.
The people frustrated with the shipping length don’t have experience in designer shopping. You don’t walk into Hermes and leave with your purchase. You place the order and wait. The Cordae team is very transparent with the length of shipping time; most of the time, I get them early.
I trust when I purchase products, it is money well spent. Yes, I have a routine for treating the leather and taking care of my bags; I learned the routine caring for my authentic Prada and Fendi bags.
Brilliant business model, people want value for the money spent, and they are delivering quality and style with best-in-class customer service.

The bag I ordered was nice. It was as described aside from slight crushing during shipping because it was not shipped in any type of box. It did recover, so I was glad about that. But, I was disappointed to not have a dust bag or box.

I have worked in high-end retail
for most of my life. The stores I worked for obviously offered discounts to itx’employees so I was able to purchase many fine handbags over the years. I had no need for “fake” luxury… until Cordae! This company handles handbags that are second to none! The quality is perfection !
You will never be disappointed. I always eagerly await the next “ drop”! They are very fine bags, beautifully constructed and I love the many compliments I receive while wearing them!

I never leave reviews but needed to speak out on the amazing experiences I have had this YEAR, yes I am a frequent shopper and couldnt be more proud to have the collection I have acquired this year. I have never had an issue wit deliveries, I did have a slight delay on my first shipment but that was resolved quickly through the incredible customer service dept. I think it is easy to say negative comments but rarely does one get credit for a job well done, I felt it was the right time to express my gratitude for helping me be well put together in the style department with the help of a very well crafted product and extraordinary customer service.
