Customer Service was available anytime I had questions and if i had any order mistakes Cordae would offer corrective action and followup emails to enusre i was satisfied customer all these years. I received qualify products since 2018. I've turn two of my friends on to the group and both ask why i hadn't been shared the tea. They loved product quality in items they purchased within the last two years. Don't hesitate on Cordae if qaulity is what you for, if vendor made a mistake a new product with discount code was always offer with an apology. Delivery was sometimes longer than usual but it was always well worth the wait for me.

I have shopped with Cordaé on several occasions and each time was better than the last. The level of care and professionalism provided by them is truly top tier. I have ordered 5 bags from Cordaé over the past couple of years- each one has been extremely high quality and exactly as described and pictured. Of the 5 purchases, I had one issue with fulfillment/shipping- but the customer service team was extremely responsive and I did eventually received my bag. That experience, which was resolved, was a minority one relative to all of my other purchases. Would recommend!

I have purchased 4 bags from Cordae and they have been great quality. Didn’t have an issue with shipping with the exception of around the holidays but that is sometimes to be expected. I would recommend.

I’ve shopped with Cordae for numerous years and have found the quality of bags excellent and the price point exceptional.
If there was an issue I received a discount, refund or was resent another bag.
They have great customer service and quick response.
Although shipping may be a little slower than some, I find the product is worth the extra few days of shipping!

Product not as advertised.
Would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a bag from their website and received a below quality product. They posted no pictures of the actual bag they are sending you, and only stock photos of the authentic designer bag. Awful customer service and Discord group moderators. God forbid you voice a concern or state facts. They are condescending and will gaslight you before blocking and/or removing you from the Discord group. Low quality product, low quality customer service. Highway robbery. Threw away over $200 on a low tiered bag that's maybe worth $50, if that. Save your money, don't support this company. Even when they launch their "original" designs, stay far away. They should be investigated.

The products are top notch and appear…
The products are top notch and appear to exhibit excellent quality. The cost associated with the products are nominal as compared to other sites. I am overjoyed with the items received thus far. My only grips would be the length of time from ordering to delivery and request for better packaging so that designer boxes are intact. These 2 hiccups are not deal breakers and I look forward to ordering more items soon.

If I had the option to give zero stars, that is what I would give. The quality is hit or miss, and if you were unfortunate to get bad quality and you decide that you would like to return and get a refund they will run you around in circles to then tell you that they do not give refunds on sale items. If you’re not familiar with this company, you should know that they consider all of their items sale items, so say goodbye to your money. If you are lucky enough where they agree to give you a refund after going back and forth with them and pointing out that fact, they will send you an address that doesn’t work when you try to ship it. There is so much more, but I’ve spent enough time on them already. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Oh, and if you do decide to still buy, make sure you read everything from top to bottom on the page before you purchase. The main photo that they advertise versus the item that you think you’re getting can be different.

Our return and refund policy is made visible in our store for all customers to be able to read them first before placing an order.
I checked and it shows that on the order that you have raised a concern, even though the item is part of the sale products, the customer support team has made an exception and provided you with the shipping address of the warehouse where the product needs to be returned.
When you reached out advising that you were having an error with the given return address, the team confirmed the address again and sent you an email however, the email was bounced back as your email is full and can no longer accept new incoming messages.
When the notification was received, they contacted you at the phone number listed on your profile. A message was left on your voicemail with the complete details of the shipping address and they also recommended clearing some of your emails for the email that we sent to be received.
We understand that not everyone will be satisfied with what they receive and our company is very transparent when it comes to our policy. We have also been adding videos and photos of the actual items that customers will receive if they place an order.
