The company sent my bag to the wrong…
The company sent my bag to the wrong address. Even though the postal service has sent a letter indicating the package was delivered to another person, the company refuses to give me a refund. I have sent repeated emails to the company who keeps responding that their ‘fulfillment department’ is looking into it. I regret purchasing from this company.
This is your response to me in regards to the bag.
“Hi Carol,
Hope this email finds you well.
Our fulfillment team received an update for the requested investigation and we regret to inform you that the courier confirm that your package for order 13663 was lost in transit.
We again apologize for the inconvenience caused and as we mentioned in our previous email, the delivery progress and issues by the courier are something beyond our control.”
Please make sure you are not telling customers one thing and posting something else for others to see.

I am sorry to hear about this experience, I have checked our system and can see that we have now offered a full refund for this mishap.
I would just like to clarify that we did not ‘send your bag to the wrong address’, we sent your bag to the address you provided to us when you purchased and the postal service unfortunately delivered it to the wrong address which the bag was then signed for, given this nuance we had to take time to look into the situation.
This is just to give context as once we send the bags out, the responsibility to deliver the bags is handed over to the national postal service we use as we do not personally deliver them.
I can see you have also ordered 8 other items from us previously before which have all been successfully delivered to you, this was genuinely a one off.
I am really sorry you didn’t receive your bag this time though but I hope you will be happy with your full refund on this occasion, and hope to see you on our order list again.

Great quality bag and price, shipping is quite long.
The bag quality is not only top tier but it is also very luxury and thought out; however, my bag did take a long time to ship and deliver but it was definitely worth it in the end, but could also be improved .

Love inspired bracelet
