This company promised 6-12 day shipping and quality handbags but what I received were DUDS that smelled like terrible chemicals. I have Spent an entire month waiting for an order I placed on September 8th. It finally showed up today and the product does not match the description photos, nor did it meet the promised shipping times.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are TERRIBLE.

I am sorry to hear about this experience.
I understand your concern regarding the shipping time however, we do not have much control over what happens once an order is shipped out. Once it leaves our fulfillment center, it’s the shipping company’s responsibility to ensure speedy delivery.
Regarding the industrial smell, it is normal for the bag to have some smell as the bag was produced a week before the product was posted on our store website.
The smell will go away and we suggest putting baking soda in a zip lock and keeping it open inside the bag to speed up the process of removing the smell.
Aside from placing baking soda on the bag, we also suggest air drying the bag for a few days.
Again, thank you for the feedback and we had this also forwarded to the production team so they can check how they can reduce the smell for the next production.
For your concern for the purse not matching the description photos kindly provide our customer support team of their requested photos for further review.
The team will be waiting for the photos for further action.

I would like to clarify that we have sent your packaga according to the shipping address provided when the order was made.
We have provided you with the USPS tracking number and link confirming the delivery and recommended that you contact USPS or your local post office to check the package. We also gave a recommendation to ask someone near the vicinity if they have received the package on your behalf.
After it, we have not heard back if you were able to perform our recommended fix to locate the sent package.

NEVER RECEIVED A BAG THAT I ORDERD
I ORDED 2 OF THE SAME BAG IN APRIL/MAY, I RECEIVED ONE BAG ABOUT A MONTH AGO. I DID GET AN EMAIL TELLING ME THAT THE BAGS WAS LOST BUT THEY WERE RECENDING THEM. WELL IT IS NOW SEPTEMBER AND I STILL HAVEN'T THE 2ND BAG BUT WAS CHARGED FOR IT. I ASKED FOR A REFUND BUT WAS TOLD TO SEND THEM A PICTURE OF WHAT I DID GET. SEND A PICTURE FOR WHAT? WHAT WILL IT PROVE, I HAVE BOUGHT PLENTY OF BAGS FROM CORDAE AND NEVER ONCE COMPLAINED ABOUT ANYTHING. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER BAG AGAIN, I DID NOT RECEIVE MY 2ND BAG AND THAT'S THE BOTTOM LINE. EITHER SEND ME MY BAG OR REFUND MY MONEY.

Terrible experience, customers service not helpful
This is my first time buying from this website cause I heard good things about it. I made two orders with two different cards and both purchases were confirmed and paid and now I’ve got an email telling me that they got canceled for “unforeseen circumstances” and that it hasn’t been refunded yet which I don’t understand because both orders has been approved by my bank. I want a refund cause I feel this is a scam.

This guys are not serious at all, when buy one item from them the will charge you for two when they have your bank information. Also the won’t let you even do a return ant their stuffs are not as you see it in the picture. It a fake , the bags are fake is not as it is in the picture.you even don’t know where or how to return thier items because it fake that’s why they couldn’t let you do it.
