Core Balance Opiniones

Failed delivery of my order. It took 6 days for them to tell me it had been lost in transit. AI takes too big a role in their customer service so lacks the personal touch. Disappointed as a first time customer.

Part of the delivery came damaged. Probably in transit. The customer service was brilliant and sent a replacement the next day. Equipment is really good quality. I have a few products and all great

The gym ball I’d ordered came without both, plugs and a plug remover. It is therefore completely useless. Initially my comms with the company on another matter were patch, but ok. On the matter of the missing items I have been unable to elicit a response. A rather unsatisfactory experience so far.

The mat provides the support that allows me to do my exercise and yoga program I do on a daily basis.

It is comfortable, while also providing a nonslip surface.

It is ideal for any regular exercise or yoga routine.

I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the customer service I received from Core Balance.
I ordered 10 Pilates circles for my classes and they were delivered super quickly. I’m very happy with the quality of the circles, although unfortunately one became slightly misshapen.
I contacted Core Balance customer service and they dealt with the issue incredibly quickly and efficiently. They arranged a replacement without any fuss, and the new circle arrived just two days later.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Excellent customer care and a company that clearly values its customers. I would definitely recommend Core Balance!

Order acknowledged and processed quickly. Product packaged well and delivered promptly. I purchased the Core Balance Alignment Yoga Mat, which was on offer at an excellent price - I was a little worried this might be a relection of the quality. I need not have worried - the mat is sturdy, cushioned and non- slip. Certainly on par, if not better, than my previous mat that cost more than double. Very impressed!!

Great quality and arrived in good time.

I bought Pilates balls and large foam blocks. The balls are easy to inflate and are strong enough to withstand some pressure. The foam blocks are quite nice to kneel on.

Really good. Seems robust. Have used several times. Much cheaper than the better known brand but decent materials and good value.

Very efficient service. My order was with me in 2 days, and I ordered on a weekend as well.
Very impressed.

Placed my first order online and items were swiftly delivered. I had a slight issue with one product but customer service were quick to respond and promptly sent a replacement. Top service and highly recommended!

The whole process for purchasing the mat was seamless. The mat arrived promptly. I have used the mat for Yoga and Pilates and am really pleased with the quality of it and love the colour.

Your responses, delivery and communication was very good. So much better than Amazon. Thank you so much.

Easy to order on line and delivered as advised

Quick delivery & good quality products. Would recommend this company.

Excellent price product, good quality bands, plus fast delivery

My order went astray. When I emailed to check what was happening I got a speedy reply and a replacement was dispatched the same day. Great service.

Good quality products bought for pilates/yoga. Very competitive prices too.

You’ve used Evrie to deliver which in my opinion is a mistake. They still say it’s in transit but the parcel has never appeared. I’ve no complaints about contacting you and I’ve been told I will have a refund … shame I can’t have what I ordered
