If there was a zero star rating then that prize should unreservedly go to this lot which you should AVOID at all costs.they have no clue regarding Customer Service/relations certainly in my experience.don't get me wrong I'm all for SMES & their place in the marketplace however this is a company I cannot champion.poor Customer Service.lack.of response to any of my email complaints regarding an order I received last week.ordered 8 veg pasties 6 of which arrived moulded & despite the photographic evidence I sent them they failed to respond to me.i should have done my research before purchase I admit which was my bad but that's no excuse about how I was treated

I can only give a honest factual review !!
To date i have emailed on 3 occasions to progress an outstanding order for 6 Gourmet layered pasties placed on 24th of October, to date I have not been afforded any kind of response / acknowledgement,to further add to my frustration I managed to track down a telephone number that states any queries please use email, this is a very poor way to treat customers & for me it will be the last time i'll use this company I will stick with my go to at Lewis Pies of Swansea top quality & service !!!

Ordered in October,given a date 5th November,non arrived,no communication from the company and still waiting,getting to the point of cancelling and going elsewhere

At first there were issues with dry ice supply however the company was honest about this and gave me the option of refund or to wait for my order. I chose to wait for the order as I have ordered from here before where the food is beautiful! Unfortunately there was a mix up in my order that did come however this was rectified immediately and my order was then sent to me straight away following this. I received an apologetic email and have since cooked the items in which are perfect, hearty and spot on! Thank you so much!

My pasties arrived brilliantly packed. I unfortunately wasn’t there to receive them but 2 hours later when I did make it home they were still frozen despite sitting outside my house.
They taste great & are a perfect meal during a busy week. Thanks!!

Whatever you do do not give out your emails address. I get literally dozens of emails every week. The unsubscribe does not work and advised that a written letter through their window attached to a brick may resolve it.

Returning customer and not disappointed. Great pasties and great swift delivery.

Pasties were good but took to long from ordering to delivery considering you offer next day delivery my order took a week to arrive

I am very satisfied with the goods and service provided. They are a true cornish pasty. I am cornish. Living in Wiltshire. So it is great to be able to get the pasties lso saffron cake and other cornish goods.

The pasties arrived when expected and still thoroughly frozen. As usual they are delicious.

Delivery was excellent, haven’t cooked the pasties yet but l am sure they will be delicious as the previous ones we have ordered in the past

Pasties found to be most enjoyable and will buy again when all consumed.
However most disappointed when my initial order was not delivered,only that but the lack of an acknowledgement when reported and the length of ime before a refund made. Hence 4 stars instead of 5. Date of order 19/8/22 not as shown below

Always great pasties and arrived in good time

Item was left outside house in rain, box all split, bags inside all split.
I emailed company over 7 days ago and no reply. I will not use them again.

Order arrived on time..., still fully frozen..., without damage..., so all in all..., great service.

Now that I have baked the first batch..., they are terrific!!

I will be ordering more in the near future.
