Used Zayn to move my families contents from London UK to Jacksonville Florida. Everything went smoothly and perfectly no unexpected fees! Will use again and recommend to everyone. Price was good too.

Me & my wife moved from South East London to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia last year. We looked at a handful of different companies but Cos Freight was the only one that said "no hidden fees, one payment is enough to cover everything". Zayn was very upfront and not pushy at all, gave us all the required information and replied to all enquiries quite quickly too. When we move back we will use the same service.

From the great and reassuring communication of Ella-Mae on the shipping management side, to the outstanding services of James, Elas, and Denny, I want to sing the praises of the whole Cosfreight team for making our home move as smooth as possible.
I was quite nervous about the whole experience, as we’d booked flight tickets for later in the evening. But the team turned up nice and early, and proceeded to do a great and swift job of packing and moving our things. What made their efforts pretty heroic though was that after they had left I realised there were two more items to bring. It’s a great credit to their professional, customer-first service that they turned round and picked up these items, even though it was my fault. I’ll be highly recommending the company to all seeking a stress-free way to relocate. Outstanding work all round!

Zayne helped my wife and me move to the States, shipping a wide range of belongings including bikes, crockery, furniture, boxes, and paintings. Out of the eight shipping companies we spoke with, he was the only one who got every detail exactly right in the quote and at a reasonable price. That really set the tone for what would turn out to be an extremely impressive service.

His communication was first-class throughout the process, (quick and always answered all my quesions). The team arrived on time to pack and load our belongings, and everything arrived on schedule and in perfect condition, not so much as a chipped glass. Zayne took what could have been a stressful and complicated experience and made it easy, for which I’m extremely grateful. Moving countries is stressful enough, and his professionalism made all the difference. 5 stars are not enough!

Professional, reliable and affordable service with excellent communication throughout. Great value for money and I am a very happy customer. The team were fantastic both in the UK and in Riyadh, and everything arrived safely with no breakages.

Had so many horror stories from others moving countries, none at all with Cos Freight! Zayn made sure everything was clear, I was kept up to date at all times, and my items were wrapped so well even the receiving team were impressed and said they haven’t seen such good packaging. Highly recommend!

On the plus side, they arrived on the correct day, loaded the vans quickly and moved most of my stuff to the new house without losing or breaking anything. They also provided a reasonable quantity of boxes for packing beforehand.

However, the overall customer experience was bad. On the day, they arrived far earlier than the time slot they had given me and everything felt rushed; from various timesheets they asked me to sign, it seemed that they were racing against the clock. Nobody seemed to be in overall charge and this led to a significant misunderstanding, which one of the men told me was my fault for not having listened to them. No comment.

One month on, my abiding memory is of one of the men who asked to use my toilet, did so, emerged without washing his hands and then resumed handling my possessions. For me, that epitomised the overall lack of professionalism that pervaded the day, making the innately stressful experience of moving house considerably less pleasant than it should have been.

Zayn and the entire uk and Canadian partners were fantastic. We moved at speed and they were able to action as needed . Zayn was super responsive at all hours - even when we couldn’t get hold of our Canadian admin contact he followed up for us in a time critical situation.
A special shout out to both the UK and Canadian packers/delivery teams.

Reliable and Trustworthy, Cos Freight were a delight to work with for our move from London to Dubai. They were timely and no issues with the movers. Zayn was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

From start to end, the whole moving experience from London to California was very professional. Zayn was in constant contact and replied to any questions and queries swiftly. I want to thank the people at Cos Freight, especially Zayn, for helping me through a difficult international move. They responded to my many questions immediately, helped me understand my options, and went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with the results, even going so far as helping me sort out a problem outside of their contractual obligations. My goods arrived ahead of schedule and were in great shape. Overall, the team was efficient, effective, empathetic and economical.

Cosfreight, provided a fantastic service, they started just after 7am, and the team got to work immediately, they were very efficient, taking care of the belongings and loaded 3 tracks within few hours, by lunch time they were unloading and all done by 3pm including putting furnitures back together. The team were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who are planning house move. Thank you!

Cosfreight were great from start to finish. Great communication and very understanding whilst we waited for a confirmed move date. On the day the team arrived on time, really great guys who were very professional and so quick to get us all packed up and on our way. Nothing was damaged as they were so careful with wrapping furniture and carrying items, they really were fantastic. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Lawrence and team moved us twice over the course of the year and proved hard working, cheerful and careful with our possessions. We had a lot to move and some precious antiques that they wrapped to export standard to make sure they were safe. When our second move date needed adjustment and required a week’s storage last minute it was no trouble. Gordon was very helpful and accommodating in relation to scheduling. All this combined with competitive pricing made a stressful time much smoother, thank you.
