Excellent service and prices
Really good company. I have used them lots of times. I have also had them send invoices directly to my clients, so they can order their own materials on jobs. They are very good at that and have a smooth and easy to use email / payment link system.
Their customer service is also great. Last weekend I placed an order which I later realised was for the wrong item. I needed IP65 downlights and mistakenly ordered IP20 versions from the same range. Cosmo didn’t have the IP65 I needed listed on their website but I sent them a message requesting to either cancel or swap for the ones I needed. They promptly replied and advised they could order them in for me. I also wanted an additional one, they sent me a link to pay for the difference (which was very fair in price). They said it would delay dispatch by a couple of days, which was totally understandable but in the end they were dispatched the next working day.

Had a problem trying to set charger up…
Had a problem trying to set charger up without WiFi and although speaking to sales rather than tech was as helpful as possible.Ended up managing to set it up but had to use WiFi.

Faultless, top marks goes to Cosmoelectrical
Top marks to this company! I'd not heard of them before and with a £300 order I was a little hesitant so I read the Trustpilot reviews. I can confirm they are great, really helpful on "chat" and my order came within 24hrs( and free delivery!) so very impressed. Just had all the fittings installed and everything is absolutely fine. Well done and keep up the good service
