Great products
I had problems with delivery and customer service response but cosrx replied accordingly and sorted everything out in due manner. When they did contacted me they were more than helpful .

Poor customer service
I am quite disappointed and mad about the late and unresponsive customer services from COSRX.
I have ordered the product on 17 Sept 2020, but till now (25 Oct 2020), I still have not received the products. Although they sent me an update email apologizing for the delay and allowed me to choose either to refund or upgrade to free delivery, no reply was addressed by them.
I tried to contact them via email and Facebook messenger, they did not reply to both inquiries.
I still did not know when my products would arrive

The blemish cream is amazing!
I have only just started using this creme in the past few weeks but WOW! I have quite blemished skin with a lot of red areas and after using this for a week just in the highlighted areas and my skin is SO CLEAR! the redness in a lot of places has almost completely gone and the blemishes are gone within two days! I never really get spots once i use the cream when they are still under the skin and I honestly could not live without this cream now! Life saver!
