Jordan and Jack lovely polite guys. Their attention to detail protecting carpets etc couldn't be faulted. Fitted our new boiler and we are day 2 and all working very well. Also fitted a couple of rads . Cannot fault the service we've had. And the clear up afterwards was spot on. Highly recommend them as heating engineers. 5 stars

Great experience. Jordan and Jack have just finished our annual heat pump service. They did an excellent job, all the necessary checks, cleaned the inside of the unit, and although the pump is still under warranty it gave us peace of mind for another year.

Terrible experience. I bought a wardrobe that required assembly, and not even half of the parts arrived. Yet the order is marked as delivered! Delivered??? At least HALF of it is missing.

I had Jordan and jack come round to fit a new boiler. They were polite, clean and done an excellent job. Would highly recommend

Also from a woman's perspective, having two trustworthy and amiable men working in your home really means a lot.
The boys relocated my boiler for me and serviced it. They did a great job, and I would use them again without hesitation.

Jordan from Cosyhome came round to service my boiler and it was all just really straightforward. He turned up when he said he would, cracked on with it, and clearly knew what he was doing.

He explained things in a normal, no-nonsense way and picked up on a couple of small things before they could turn into bigger issues, which I appreciated. Boiler’s running spot on now.

Genuinely nice guy as well, which makes a difference. Would definitely recommend him if you need your boiler sorted.

Jordan is so thorough. We discovered to my horror that the previous person who had been servicing my boilers had not properly cleaned them. All working well after some TLC from
Jordan. Jordan is very friendly and Easy to work with. Thank you!
