I've been in the motor trade for 30 years, driven thousands of cars. The little Golf Gti I bought from Cotswold Automotive is gonna stand out. What a fantastic buy. Although it is a bit grey in it's years the drive so far has been impeccable. I was promised by the dealership that it's "one of the good ones" and they weren't wrong. I would trust them completely in everything they do. I will be returning for an upgrade when the time is right. Also the young lady who helped me with the purchase (sorry don't remember the name!) was very polite,professional, helpful. Buy off this company you won't be disappointed..

Absolute disgrace of a firm I'm afraid.i was misold a car that had been misadvertised car was supposed to have a sat nav as advertised but did not and the issue was never rectified and in the end I part exchanged it and lost £1500 pound but I would rather that than have anything to do with this untrustworthy company

This is a good garage with no nonsense. The price is the price and the trade ins similar to we buy any car. Car is great and thanks to Mike and Emily for their good service. There’s only a small niggle with a noise from the windscreen blower and it’s intermittent but we got the gold 3 month warranty and I’m confident from what I e seen so far that if it’s a proper problem it will be sorted

I bought my car in April from Cotswold automotive and it’s the smoothest buying process I’ve ever experienced. The car is in excellent condition, reasonably priced, I was able to test drive and take home the next day. Would recommend them to everyone!

We booked an appointment at our convenience to view a small runaround for our children and our time was met by Mike without delay.
The service was second to none - he was kind, courteous and accommodating. We test drove a couple of cars we were interested in and appreciated not being rushed or pressured to make a decision.
The car was dropped off for us at home as the paperwork was not available due to it being a bank holiday. This worked out well for us as it gave us time to sort out the insurance. Mike delivered the car and ensured that all the necessary paperwork and documents were handed over. Many thanks!

Great help and patient when taking time to make a decision. Everything completed swiftly and we were able to drive car away.

I bought a car from cotswold automotive and was initially pleased with the purchase. The car broke within the 3 month warranty. They have now had the car for two and a half months and ignore phone calls, emails and tell me lies constantly. The courtesy car they gave me has no reverse light no windscreen washers a slow puncture and the back end of the exhaust fell off. I have informed them of these problems but have had to drive the car for over 2 weeks.

Easily bought my new polo from them and can say there has been no problems with it :).

I recently bought a VW Polo as my first car from here. The process was extremely easy and streamlined and I was able to easily call for an appointment to view the car and then after purchase and confirm the date I would pick the car up. Overall a great experience.
