I spotted a Ford Fiesta 1.6 Zetec S on Autotrader and visited Cotswold to view it. The car looked great on the Autotrader Website and much to my surprise when I visited Cotswold I wasn't disappointed. It was like a barn find !
The vehicle was in almost mint condition. After an inspection and drive I bought the vehicle. After getting home I noticed the front grill was cracked, hard to see but still cracked. Cotswold bought me a new grill which I fitted in 30 mins as Cotswold is 166 miles away from my home. Well impressed.

Dan was great and the conversations were just as good.

Even better was the MPG on the way back home 81.2 avg mpg. Thanks Cotswold !

Along with the finance team, they went above and beyond by staying late on a Saturday to arrange urgent finance for the vehicle, ensuring I was able to complete the purchase and get home to my family on time. That level of dedication is increasingly rare and was greatly appreciated.

Kyle even picked me up from the car rental depot in town, making the whole experience seamless from start to finish. He was approachable, knowledgeable and professional throughout, never pushy and always willing to answer questions. They also managed to secure me a fantastic deal and a very competitive APR.

After the purchase, a few minor issues arose with the car, but Kyle was more than happy to help and continued to provide excellent support, even outside normal working hours over the weekend. That level of after-sales care gave me real confidence that I had bought from the right dealership.

Buying a second hand car always comes with its risks, however I am yet to find any faults with my recent purchase from Paul. The vehicle was just what I wanted and a sale was agreed. To say I was surprised when Paul called to ask if I wouldn't mind waiting an extra day to collect so that he could replace the front discs, brakes, and front tyre (free of charge) of course I agreed. I was even more surprised when he showed me video proof of a couple of minor dents I'd not noticed professionally removed earlier in the day, and not to mention he'd put some fuel in it to ensure I could get back to Worcester without delay.

Sadly I'm only able to give Paul 5 stars for what can only be described as a stellar service. I have waited a month to leave this review, I am a very happy customer and would recommend Cotswolds Select Autos, and Paul, wholeheartedly. A great experience throughout, I'm very grateful.

Paul made our car buying experience an absolute pleasure. Very informative in the advert, and car was exactly as described, if not better.
We unfortunately had a problem with the clutch, which nobody could have forseen a couple of days after purchase. It was repaired with no fuss, and kept us updated regularly with progress.
I would buy from Paul again with confidence in the future. No pressure selling, and a relaxed attitude, certainly with us!

I purchased a perfectly good car from Paul in August 2023. Unfortunately due to circumstances the vehicle was no longer appropriate for myself. So, I saw that Paul buys cars as well and sells so I gave him a quick call today. He went away came back with an offer to me within an hour.
