Bought a Zwilling Gourmet Nakiri Knife from these chaps along with a blade guard/cover late one evening and it arrived on the 2nd day lunch time. Excellent delivery turnaround and good pricing.

Impressive Customer Service with…
Impressive Customer Service with Competitive Prices. Very helpful service from Dan, swift replies to my various product-related questions, and updates on delivery.
Unfortunately, the Sabatier Lion CHEF Steak knife has reduced in quality (thinner blade, with increased metal removed in blade reshaping, so the 'same' knife is now different to the other steak knives I have in the set). Poor reflection on Sabatier Lion, but not to take anything away from Cotswold Knife Company.

The global knife that I wanted was offered with a considerable discount over any other supplier so I took a chance with the Cotswold knife company. So glad that I did! Really prompt delivery and pleasant communications. The knife arrived on time and well packaged. I will definitely buy from them again. Great service and I highly recommend this company.

Thoroughly recommend this company!
I was able to find what I wanted when other companies had no available stock. I placed an order with ease. Delivery was prompt (and no big premium to Northern Ireland). The knife arrived well packaged. I am able to recommend this company wholeheartedly.
