Amazing company i recently brought 5 new roses and have to say its been the best delivery i have had from any company. Plants arrived within 5 days, the quality was to die for all had thick glossy leaves with not one broken branch or bit of disease or issue, they had been clearly very well treated and loved before being sent. All were a impressive size and ready to bloom. Honestly Cottage Memories will now be my go to for finding the perfect rose. THANK YOU

I came across a lovely collection of roses at an event held at Hever Castle(Hever in Bloom), and I was genuinely stunned by their quality.

The roses on display were absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t resist purchasing one for just £14. It was exceptional value—full of flowers and buds, and clearly grown with great care and attention.

You could really see the dedication that goes into every plant they sell, which made it even more special. It was also wonderful to support a small family business.

Top quality bareroot roses and a great price, absolute bargain to be honest. Huge root system on all three I purchased and all stems free of disease. Would use again, but I think my garden is already too full sadly!

I've recently ordered from this company after reading some positive reviews (no negative) and I was impressed with the uploaded pictures on their FB page.
I received my 5 pots of roses today, unfortunately one plant has bad quality with lots of die back on stems. I've emailed the "no customer service" about the problem, I was pretty much being fobbed off by a very argumentative person.
"We have been growing roses for over 35 years for both garden centres, other large retailers and our own website and I’m confident on the quality we produce. However, we want you to be happy with your purchases and as mentioned if you are unhappy please return the rose (s) and we will be more than happy to refund on receipt if I damaged and in a saleable condition. I have checked with David Austin and they have a Constance Spry in stock if you would prefer to purchase from them. "
Yeah I get it...rose plants from a garden centre/ retailer with these die back are "normal", healthy for a rose plant, and you get what you paid for, stop your complaining!
Shocking! Unbelievable!
One more point: this company is masking the real problem by adding fabricated story on the FB "focusing on the cut backs", really low and childish!

Great service all round & excellent quality bareroot roses. Brought some last year & was very happy, so returned for more this year.
