Very warm, excellent quality, easy care.
I bought the blanket as a gift for my elderly mum who feels the cold, to use as a throw whilst watching TV etc. I have the same, easy-care blanket from Cotton Traders which I find very warm and cosy. It’s excellent, a great sale purchase!

Please note that we are unable to amend or cancel web orders once they have been placed. We do show this message before the final stage of checkout while also asking customers to check that all details are correct.
Having checked your account, we don’t appear to have received your parcel back at our warehouse so that is why a refund hadn’t yet been issued.
In order to take positive steps to put this right, I have today processed a full refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for this to clear into your account and show on your statement.

Good quality clothing
Nice quality clothing have shopped with cotton traders for a few years some items slightly overpriced and postage a little too. But on the whole pleased.

This order was Cancelled 3 times but NO RESPONSE VERY BAD THE FIRST TIME I CANCELLED WAS WITHIN24 Hours and 1 Phone call, genuine reason given I ama regular customer but this response is not what we expected

First class company
The product I purchased was of a very good quality but unfortunately didn’t fit as well as I’d hoped. I was able to return to a local supplier at no cost and my refund arrived in less than 48 hours. Excellent service.
