As stated on my order confirmation, no one actually informed me my order was ready for collection. I only found out after I chased it up after the standard timeframe had elapsed.

Very helpful service
Bough a coat online size 12. Didn't really like it and it was a size too big. Went to the store, the lady was very helpful and sorted out the refund. I had a look round the shop and found another coat which I liked better and I tried the size 10 which fitted me perfectly. Pleased with the whole process and with my lovely blue coat.

Great service instore
Great service by Alison in Gardenlands instore WV6. She was very friendly and even offered to contact Customer Service for me when I mentioned being unhappy after ordering online. This really is going the extra mile. I rang them myself and they rectified matters. Great advice!
