THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. my package was no where to be found and their customer service failed to assist me. it’s been almost a week since it was claimed delivered and they’re response to me was that “it was marked delivered pre-maturely and that it should arrive the next business day.” Next business day came and it never arrived.
I wanted so much to love their stuff but they are so awful!
Never trusting them again.

Terrible customer service, no response
Terrible customer service in London office.
They promised to proceed a refund of my return, but been ignoring my messages for a week now.
I would not recommend ordering their products to the UK if you don’t want to have such a headache.
