I really want to be positive about my experience but unfortunately I havent. I started looking for therapists about a month ago, made sure to only contact those who have availability. Unless they call you back, Its almost impossible to make an appointment. The two I've contacted don't pick up when calling, and take 5 days to reply to messages if at all.
I'm now onto contacting my third choice of therapist. Some of us are desperate here, its not good.

I'm new to the counselling directory, so far I've been pleased with the amount of interest I've had from potential clients and have found the team extremely friendly and helpful.

I have just read Dr George Booty's website, it's so informative and explanatory. Very impressive array of therapies to help all needs. I'm really delighted to have found this information, seemingly by chance.

Had Tracy as my therapist for over 6 months. Had a great experience so far. Has helped me a lot whilst I struggled with stress, grief, and addiction.

I joined the Counselling Directory recently and was very pleased with the support I received to help me get my profile just right. Very helpful.

I signed up for the directory and made a mistake with my name,I called and the staff sorted it out promptly. And my verification was fast after submitting the document required. I appreciate the kind staff too

Even though I had not been a member for a length of time, my circumstances changed and Lucy was more than helpful and gave me all the options. I was also really happy that my details would be saved incase I returned in the future as this gave me a little anxiety after all the work that I put into my listing.

Lucy heard my request well that I do not wish to constrain someone else's thinking or perceptions by requiring certain pronouns. I welcome that she was willing to put forward my comments for consideration and her offer for me to place my view within the body of my profile.

So far I have only been introducing myself to various therapists, which seems to be a seamless process.
I will keep you informed as to how things go when someone gets back to me.
