I have just signed up to counselling directory and it was quick and simple. A lovely lady called me the next day to let me know my account was now live and asked if she could help me any further. To soon to report on activity but I will follow up with another review.

Counselling Directory provides an excellent service in helping me connect with clients. They are always helpful, knowledgeable and supportive and provide networking groups and workshops of the highest standard.

Didn’t get any response from the therapist, which was disappointing, especially when feeling vulnerable.

Finally plucked up the courage to try to access some counselling just to be ignored. I sent a introductory call enquiry for a specific therapist and heard nothing back. Really upsetting and disappointing. Have decided to save my money and stick to NHS.
