I’ve had a great experience with County Golf. Delivery was prompt, they responded quickly and resolved an error with my order, and they refunded multiple returned clothing items without any issues. I was initially concerned after reading some of the reviews, but if you return items with the tags still attached, you won't have any problems. I’ve since placed more orders now that I know my sizes.

Just received my order from this company and the jumpers I bought Proquip and Glenmuir all too small for an XL. Rang the company and was told I would have to pay for the postage. At post office was told £18.45 for special delivery as I could not guaranty that the parcel would get there otherwise. I have decided instead to give them to my son as it would definitely fit him being a medium size. County Golf as a company is rubbish at caring for its clients. In fact I think one Star is too good for them.

Bought a Stuburt golf jacket, choosing Large instead of Medium as this is a budget brand.
Quick delivery at an excellent price and a good fit.

Refused refund on an unworn £31.99 jacket because the cardboard tag was binned. Poor customer service for a repeat customer.

Been a regular customer buying many items of clothing. Bought my grandson a pair of fleece lined trousers for Christmas his usual size but they came up tight I think due to fleece lining. Emailed which they say they never received, phoned them & they agreed to take them back as my grandson had thrown the tags away as he thought they would fit as usual. Ordered a larger pair & they have and returned them. Put letter and dispatch not in sitting why the tags were missing and they have refused to refund me. Quite unsympathetic and unhelpful. Will never buy from them again. Shame as I’ve shopped with them for years but if they treat regular customers like this then be very very wary.

Never been disappointed, quality products at competitive prices.
I've never had a problem with sizes when it comes to clothing but until now I've never been tempted to buy shoes on line.
I've just taken delivery of a pair if Duca Del Cosma golf shoes.
To say I'm delighted is an understatement. These shoes just exude quality. From the box and packaging, to the craftsmanship of construction and a second pair of contrasting laces, there is a premium look and feel about them.
A perfect fit and comfortable straight from the box. The appearance, with a large 'C' logo might not be to everyone's taste.
But the quality is unbelievable for the price.
I've always had Footjoy in the past but these are in a different league.
To top it all deliver came 2 days ahead of schedule.

I wanted to write a review as I was hesitant ordering due to some negative comments however, delivery was fast (I ordered Express late on a Thursday night and it arrived on the Saturday) and the jacket was perfect, great sizing too (brand was CK). Really happy!

I ordered a Calvin Klein jacket. Though I am usually Medium, the jacket was too small. Maybe reviews on the website where customers could indicate that sizing is smallish would help the customer to order correctly and so save two delivery charges.
I returned it at my own expense and the refund was quickly and competently processed.
I have never had to return items to County Golf before so I was wary that it may not function well. My fears were unfounded. Well done, the customer service team.

Awful customer service - possible security and customer experience issues highlighted to be dismissed. No credit/debit card security in place, cheap clothing with quick delivery but lack of customer care and security for payment cards cancels out any benefit to using this company - be warned!

Felt compelled to write a review for County Golf as I have used them for a long time now. I check the emails daily and often get tempted with things I don’t need! Often I can’t resist and place my order. Have to say, for all the time I have used CG, I have had zero issues with the quality of goods and more importantly to me, the quality the service they provide.
Just seen some comments around people having to pay for p&p and also for returns. This is set out in the t&c and isn’t unusual these days! The price of the stuff we buy here is much lower than anywhere else so a compromise has to be made!!

If you are wondering if you should buy from here, crack on would be my advice!

Great experience, arrived within the delivery time frame, tops sized exactly as stated and was able to order the different sizes for the different brands and fitted perfect

Terrible customer service would avoid at all costs. Pay £4 for postage then when you want to return it because it’s not like the pictures you have to pay £4 to return it again.

This company have completely let me down and I won't be buying of them again. Recently the quality of their golf gloves has dipped and I had to get a rufund . Then I bought some more which didn't fit. I rang them and they agreed to accept the return and pay for postage. They haven't and now are refusing to do so. There e mails are abrupt and dismissive. I will no longer use or recommend county golf

Ordered a pair of Ben Hogan white shorts, when they arrived they with actually see through. Returned them with note regarding material issue, I was refunded for cost of shorts, but not for shipping costs both ways.
Think twice before you buy these shorts

Purchased 3 polo shirts before reading the reviews on here and was expecting to be disappointed with the sizing.
Couldn't be more pleased with the shirts and the prices.
Ordered 2 at XL and 1 at XXL as it gives the exact sizing on their site as one XL may be 47 chest and another could be 50 chest, even from the same brand, depending on the fit.
I'm guessing the negative reviews are from people not reading the sizing properly and just assuming it's uniform across all brands/ styles.

Similar to recent reviews on here. They delivered the wrong size in an item. Customer service just gave the stock answers of me needing to return the product at my own expense. No acceptance of responsibility, no offer of collection or prepaid label. Their mistake but my job to sort out.

I have ordered a few times from County Golf and the pricing has been excellent! Calvin Klein polo shirts for under £20, Lyle & Scott T-shirts for under a tenner!!

I echo the qualms about sizes of shirts being wild, but can't really blame County Golf for Calvin Klein deciding their medium shirts will be tighter in the arms/longer in length than Ellesse for instance.

I didn't really want to pay for returns, so started by ordering what I thought would be the correct size - but yeah, some items weren't. So now I just accept I'll pay £3 to return some items and order the same stuff in different sizes (I always do this when returns are free).

Having returned a fair few items as a result of this, I can confirm the return was a bit slower than some other retailers, but only a few days post-delivery back to them.

All in all, very happy with service, have recommended to some friends, and will order again in the future.

I have bought several items from County Golf and I can’t fault their prices. The problem is the sizing of the clothes. I bought three pairs of shorts, same brand, same waist, but different colours. One was a perfect fit but the other two were at least an inch smaller. They wouldn’t refund the postage. Same issue with two tops but I decided to keep them. Also contact with their after sales department isn’t good. If they offered free returns they would get a five star rating because the prices are excellent, it’s just a gamble that the items will fit

I recently ordered a few long sleeved base layers from CG, in my usual size, the pictures and price on their website appeared to be very appealing.

The parcel turned up, I tried on one of the base layers and immediately thought they'd sent the wrong size. Nope, size 'large', however, I looked and felt like a pig in a condom. I'm not overweight at all but these things were ridiculously tight and really quite constricting - akin to compression tops.

No mention of sizing on the description, first time I've ever purchased something in my usual size where I could and should have actually sized up to XL or XXL.

Customer service were unsympathetic, replied with a stock answer with regards to returning the items - at my expense.

I'd be very careful when ordering from this outfit unless you're going for your usual brand in your regular size.

I won't be returning.
