I have been working with County Teachers since 2017, and all I can say is that my experience with them has been so far very positive.
From my very first phone call till now, I have always felt welcome, understood and supported.
If I give 4 stars instead of 5, it is just because the wage varies according to the schools, and I am not aware of the wages until their payments. But otherwise they are regular, smooth and clear.
Overall I can only encourage any teacher looking to work through an agency to choose County Teachers.

The ladies I worked with have been really supportive and helpful.

County Teachers are really great to work through, they have excellent communication and I always get all the info I need from them before going on bookings (unlike some companies I have worked with) I get the majority of my bookings through Mitch, who is very friendly, helpful and professional, nothing is too much trouble. I work part time around my small children and other commitments, and vary my days weekly, County Teachers are very flexible to work for. A really lovely agency, which I highly recommend.

All their staff are lovely. Mitch and James have found me a long term role in a very good school and then found me a permanent role in another school. Charlotte is also very helpful when starting with county teachers.
Slight negative: umbrella company used are

Easy to get started, friendly staff who always keep you updated on any work which has been regular for me. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Lovely staff at headquarters and really organised. They pair teachers up with schools very well and so it has been a joy to get back into the classroom.
However, pay is a lot less than advertised since payroll is done through an umbrella company.

Excellent agency, professional yet friendly staff, great placements... only downside but a massive one: the umbrella company used is a total rip-off!

Professional in all my encounters and are people centred.

County Teachers provide me with work in a part time basis.
I could be call between 7:30am and 8:00am. I find this convenient and adjust to my present needs.
