I ordered 2 shirts and they took my money and a week later they are telling me I owe more money. I sent a copy of my invoice and order number (thankfully I screen shot it) and my payment from PayPal saying I paid the full amount. This place is a scam.

Sent the wrong color hoodies and print was brown instead of black. Product is garbage.

Ordered to rings, the money was taken out of my account instantly and haven't received a thing. I cannot reach anyone for my money back!!!

My fiance bought me a beautiful ring unfortunately it was short lived 4 days later it went from silver to a copper color and turned my finger green.

I have ordered T-shirts from couples Choice twice and they were great each time I will be ordering again

This store is the worst!They Take their time to respond to emails. And when your shipment arrives weeks later after paying for expedited shipping...decided to wash my shirt after it arrived and right after, one of the letters are coming off..truly bad quality. I highly discourage you from buying from this store...your money better of spending it at a fastfood joint than this place.

I did receive my items but both rings turned my finger GREEN!! cheap rings i advise if your skin is not used to cheap fake jewelry don't buy these. All i did was use soap and water while wearing them. Now I have to pay to return them...

This company is a SCAM! I’ve ordered over 3 weeks ago! I’ve sent email after email about receiving a tracking number! Still NO response! You were so quick to take the money but can’t respond to an email?!? I ordered 2 different ring styles.! All I wanted was the rings and still no response!? I’m getting my money back either way and going to write a review on Facebook about how unprofessional, FAKE AND A SCAM this company is!

Brock entertained made our event!! So amazing!! I could not ask for better!! I own eventures party rentals so I know the industry but they were truly top notch I highly suggest them

tl;dr: CouplesChoices appears to be a scam. Nothing but raving negatives and BBB complaints have I found.

I ordered on Dec 1st at 1:30 in the morning. I paid expedited shipping. I was never given receipt for my order, although it immediately billed my account. When a week later, [I had not even received tracking info, let alone my order] I sent an email, and was provided with a generic response promptly that day, a false order #, and pleading for me to wait up to 25 business days before taking action. It is Dec 22. The order # still is not registered on the site's built-in tracking. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but please, if you read this review, choose -Any- other business to make your order.

I order from this company 1month a go 2 hoodies , i been sending emails, asking where is my package since is been 1 month, and they just been answering the same email we are so sorry , we are contacting the carrier and waiting for the response were is the package. i been sending email and email and they been answer me the same thing. for all this weeks you guys are full of sh***t , your company is crap. this the worst company ever. i even reported to pay pal since i pay via papal and they said we send your tracking number , a tracking number that is not working and that tracking number is not found no where. i been asking even via Facebook and this crap company is answer me the same thing waiting to carrier to respond since we are Hight demand. i ask for a return on pay pal, and they said we send you the tracking number , a tracking that is not working . people be aware never order from this company they are scam.

Y’all suck I ordered my package 2 months ago and my package still have not arrived I reached out to my local post office was told it was sent back to sender I reached out and the stupid people told me I had to wait till they got the package back I told you all to let me know you guys said you will let me know it’s been weeks I have emailed you guys multiple times and you say the same thing I still have not received my package so I’m writing this review to let everyone know that you guys are a piece of sh** and a liar and I know 100% y’all should get shut down I really hate this site and the workers y’all are scams I don’t think people should not order from this site

I am really happy with the sweaters i bought for my man and me and gonna shop for more products got people asking where i bought them!!!
