Awful company. Bought a dress for a wedding and didn’t even last the whole night the seam came undone and it was falling apart. Once I contacted them about 2 months ago asking for a refund to return this item they said they are happy to proceed and still haven’t completed my refund after countless emails I’ve sent and they are yet to respond to so I’m still waiting for my refund.Highly highly disappointed as the dress wasn’t cheap DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Scam, unprofessional response, all items not as described, long return process, wrong return address issue, never received refund!

This is a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Bad quality clothes. Extremely long delivery time. Do not respond to emails. Returns process is unclear, it is extremely hard to get a returns label.

they advertised what looked like a smart and very well priced 'Levi' jacket (not denim). I appreciate the time it takes to come is anybody's guess, but this jacket at £45 arrived and was vacuum packeted to almost the same of a pair of boxers and when i opened it..... seriously NOT levi. I think it was an anagram for evil. it was of the poorest quality material. Were I keeping it, it would have required washing and then ironing when hot to get the creases out. I tried contacting them but they have not responded. why would they....I've paid and they got the money. Yes i should have done better due diligence i grant you, but I never. I hope you do!!! I can't imagine they sell or make anything of quality. Go to Primani, you'll be defo better off. The garment i bought is going to the clothes bank and hopefully somebody poor will appreciate it. It really is utter crap

Beware this company sends poor quality products which are not legitimate products as stated in their advertisements. The price is extortionate.
The item received extremely creased had no labels or tags and was packed in cheap packaging. Keep away from this company

I ordered a specific pair of shoes and received a completely different item. I immediately contacted support and requested a free return label and a refund. Instead of resolving the issue, I was repeatedly sent the same automated message telling me to return the item to China at my own expense (€30).
This is unacceptable. The company is failing to take responsibility for sending the wrong product and is ignoring basic consumer rights under UK law. Customer service is unhelpful and does not actually address complaints. I would strongly advise against ordering from this site

Everything on this website is fake. This is a scam site. Read all reviews. You will never get a refund. Please stay away from this website.

If I could give zero stars I would! Poor quality product and small sizing despite referring to the sizing chart and contacting them to confirm sizing. I now am struggling to get a refund. Shockingly bad.

Like everyone else on these reviews I was sent the wrong item which was poor quality, when challenged they have offered me 20% of my money back or send the shoes back which will cost quite a bit and who is to say they would refund my money. Surely something should be done about this

Selling "Levi" jackets...obviously in hope of being confused with Levi's. Laughable quality. Reported to Amex so hopefully some power that be can clamp down on this sort of stuff. Chinese shipping. Clearly out to blindside naive shoppers like myself.

They sell cheap fakes, I bought a "Levi" jacket. I expected "Levi's". It came one size to small and all the labels have been cut off. So its a fake and £45 lost. Will be asking for a refund and get trading standars involved.

Rip off, as other people have said i should have read the reviews first. I ordered a Levi jacket but what eventually turned up was not what was advertised. The jacket was that cheap and poor quality they didn't even put a fake label on it. I have sent an email to the email address provided which has been returned- unable to deliver.

Similar to others experience. I ordered this via instagram. There was no suggestion it wasn’t a UK based company.

Took three weeks to arrive and was too small. I tried to contact customer services (in Hong Kong) and there is only an email address. No response from the email and an occasional bounce back email saying the address doesn’t exist.

There stuff is crap I saw the reviews only after I brought something I wish I hadn’t the coat isn’t even the brand they say it is also it’s supposed to be 4xl try 2xl at best it’s a con if I could get refund but that’s impossible

This site is a total scam, do not touch them at all.
After many emails to and fro they finally agreed to a return. I duly sent a terrible black dress back. Poorly made and the shape/size wasn't suitable for any body shape. Now I am back in an email coversation again re my return. I am going to have to accept I have lost my money. Do not touch this site. Complete and utter scammers.

SCAM,SCAM,SCAM. Very poor quality,I mean really really poor. Certainly not as advertised in the photos on the website,and certainly not worth the money. and don't even try to return the items to Hong Kong,you will not be refunded your money.My items were returned via royal mail.Best avoided, buy your clothes elsewhere.

If zero stars was an option, I’d select it. Impossible to contact about an order, contact details provided are fake. Item said it was on its way for weeks, nothing received.
