Horrendous. Product faulty and I have been trying to contact them for over a month and they are ignoring me. Do not buy from this company. Waste of £138

Bought one of their dehumidifiers online - but changed our mind two hours later and attempted to cancel the order. They refused to do this - said it had already been dispatched!
Was told not to accept delivery and we would be refunded when they received it back. Did this and eight weeks later they claimed not to have yet received it!
Gave up with them and claimed it via a Section 75 from our credit card.

Please Please DO NOT BUY. it’s a scam company. They’ve changed names, they were called Raveno. Just a bunch of robbing bastards. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

So now 6 weeks after sending them my dehumidifier back (it took 6 weeks to get an address to send it to) they are telling me that I must have sent it to the wrong place!!! - I sent to the correct address with Proof of delivery, but they havent booked it into their system - therefore they refuse a refund still. - This company should BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS - DO NOT BUY!

The ideal range of relative humidity for keeping books and prints in good condition, free from foxing and other deterioration, is 45% to 55%. The display on the Covatar fake gave, typically, the reading 48%. But my hygrometer alongside gave 67%, which is unsafe. The Covetar had been rigged to give a false reading. I use the past tense because the display has now failed altogether and reads 00%. The company's email address is fake too; sent to, it 'cannot be found'. Communication of a sort is possible on the Covetar site, but there is only a repetitive and obfuscating bot at the other end.
Update. Now the bot is emailing me three times a day, complaining of my chargeback and threatening to damage my Experian credit rating.

Worst company I have ever had the misplraure of dealing with. Real poor SCAM COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I’m over 50 emails into dispute with them and getting nowhere, they keep just asking me to be patient.

I do have the distribution address in Leicestershire if anybody needs it to visit them…..

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. They take your money ok but if you contact them you get absolutely nowhere. The product is rated as best dehumidifier, thought I’d give it a go, but it doesn’t work. It’s so bad! If I can give them a minus rating, I would!

It arrived smaller only took 1/2” of water all night in a room that usually takes a tank full of water. Write for refund got email saying how bad to return and will cost me but will give me 5% refund and l could give it as a gift !!!The engine won’t do our UK humidity so not suitable here

I have given one star in order to be able to write a review. NO stars is appropriate. I ordered a dehumidifier; it did not arrive. When questioning its whereabouts I was told that I cancelled the order. Not true. The company has deducted £40 from my refund for handling charges owing to the cancellation. I am finding it difficult to get my money back. Every email generates the same moronic reply showing no interest in investigating the matter. Customer service does not exist. Buy someone else's product!!!!

How is this company getting away with this and how many more people are going to get ripped off before they are shut down for good???All positive reviews on here are false and are obviously written by these scammers!!The product that they sell is absolute tat and would struggle to de-humidifier a dolls house!!Avoid!!!

Scam company, the item does not work !!

Further update on this scam company. Having tried to ask this company for a return address with over 75 emails between us and them refusing to give it me, they have told my bank that I can't be refunded until I return the product and they are happy to help me do that which is just a complete lie. This is an awful scam company, their website is a scam and the product is not fit for purpose. They won't give you a return address and if they do it's in China at your own expense. Please be warned and avoid this company and not be scammed like myself and so my others as I am still fighting with my bank for my refund.

SCAM!! Please do not get conned by this company. Their products are useless pieces of kit that do nothing! They refuse to refund above 5% of what you were conned out of. You then have to go through your bank to try and get your money back. THEY Change their name constantly as people start to get wise to their SCAM products.

This company is a Chinese SCAM. Read through the more lengthy reviews. The product is useless. You can’t return it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

SCAM - absolute disgrace this Company are still operating. The product is not fit for the purpose. They are a nightmare to deal with. AVOID-AVOID-AVOID!!!

I ordered via a review site top3-reviews, which uses a fake profile. I did check RAVENO UK online for reviews and found nothing bad coming up, so ordered 2 on their deal!
I found out they had just changed their name from DRYEASE UK when this is who took my money! They change company names after abysmal reviews (later finding out they have been changing names regularly after bad reviews). Only one unit was delivered from CHINA!!! Emailing is exhausting and they just give you scripted answers, hoping you will just give up! Finally they offered me 3% refund (even on the missing one), angered I took screenshots of all pages on the RAVENO UK site and all the email threads, and proceeded to contact my bank! The asked if I had tried to resolve the issues with company I purchased from, I said I had emailed both RAVENO UK who I thought I was purchasing from and DRYEASE UK who took my money everyday for weeks! The bank refunded the money I had paid to DRYEASE UK on the understanding that if they were not successful in gaining a return of the monies, I would have to give it back.
I gave them the fake review site, both name changes and they were successful in getting the money back.
SO PLEASE AVOID IF POSSIBLE, BUT IF YOU FIND YOURSELF IN THE SAME SITUATION AS ME THEN TRY YOUR BANK, IT IS A BIT OF AN EFFORT BUT WORTH IT IF THIS COMPANY HAS TO RETURN MONEY TO DUPED UK CUSTOMERS!!!

Nice quite compact little machine, the length of the cable is way too short, limiting ones options of where to put it. Not sure about its efficiency as I haven't used one before, bought to help with drying out after a burst pipe, only time will tell.
